      Try setting an alarm each night to simply right down a list of everything you have to do the next morning before bed.

    You are so right...resting is not cleaning. I will go a step further as a mom...resting is not when I take off a few hours from work to take the kids to doctors appt🤦‍♀️

    Thank you Kylia for this!! 1. Ditching the mental todo list and write stuff down! My excuse was that looking at the stuff on paper overwhelmed me but it's extremely exhausting trying to mentally process what needs to be done!

      I totally understand! Once you write it down it can be overwhelming but you can remove that feeling by asking yourself what do you have the capacity to do each week! Then repeat this process and find yourself moving through your list in no time!

      Try purchasing a to-do pad that you can keep by your desk. Weekly planning helps you to avoid random papers stored all over
