Great to hear from you, yes we crossed the Canadian Border on May 15th and are currently in the northern top part of the Gaspe Peninsula in Quebec. In an emergency, climb to the top of the highest sand dune and you can get a very weak signal. Also anywhere along PINS there will be someone come along within a couple of hours, most of the time less. People will stop and help!
UJoint Offroad did the 4x4 conversion and we finished it out inside ourselves. It's got 400 watts of solar, 400 AH Lithium batteries, 20 gallons fresh water, 2.5 Gal hot water, microwave, coffee pot, induction cook plate, ARB fridge, full size bed above the bike storage area. Seats swivel around, we added a DC to DC charger off the alternator and have a Honda 2000 generator on board if needed. We've had a ton of fun in it : )

The beach looks so isolated and peaceful. Hope you have cellphone service, in case you get stuck in the sand. 😅
No cell service there but we do have Starlink that we can make a phone call using it. That's our plan wherever we go : )
