As a certified ISA arborist, Ive used just about every aerial lift out there. CMC makes a good portable lift, but if you have access from the road, nothing beats a flatbed mounted Highranger with pistol grip controls.
Ive heard cmc lift is slow, but yes, being able to get to/ through 95% of yards... Priceless, Just seems like upgrades and some r&d testing/ evolution needs to happen! And personal financing $165,000 is a lot regardless
Yes, im Glad to hear you share ANY information... Let us know speed, and quality of welds (personally) speed is critical, not fast just keeping train-of-thought during working
we use this same lift and it has issues here and there. before this one we had 83hd for 3 years and it got to a point where it would start moving on its own and malfunctioning. with regular kept maintenance
I'm used to use in a bucket truck for many many years we're going to buy one of these in the next week or so hopefully 75 footer can anybody tell me are they very very safe and they're very durable it's just like I said I use the bucket truck all my life I felt comfortable this looks so small and fragile just to reassure me anybody's opinion thank you so very much God bless
These are great for “tree companies” who don’t have a real climber never seen a video where you were not in a spider you guys own any climbing gear over there in New Jersey 🤣
A climber doesnt replace a lift and a lift doesnt replace a climber. At least not 100%. IMHO Any bucket truck operator who works for a tree company should also be a climber.
I'm a groundsman who runs a 83 arbor pro because the climbers would work a day and take off two my got it so we didn't have to shut down cause they could lay at bar in Kentucky we work everyday now
Im not a climber but my boss got tired of missing days because the climbers didn't show I'm a ground man with 83 arbor pro can't do them all far an few between that I can't tho ashes are getting too dangerous too climb I love them easy money making good money after 35 years n loving it
He has gotten out of the bucket and climbed a tree in another video so he knows how to climb. The lift is faster and less stress, and safer I would think.
These are great for companies with the best of climbers. No better way to keep your climber fresh than having this for situational trees and large scale products. Good luck removing an 80ft ash tree with no real center lead and a span of 100ft between 3 different back yards. Sometimes this is the only way and speaking as a guy with about a year of 83+ ownership, we've made tens of thousands more this year taking on projects we never could have done before because of the scale of these removals and our limited equipment. It's been the best investment we've made as a company yet.

Bullschit. 92 hd makes any bucket look like a caveman tool.

Incredible piece of machinery!!!!!
I Love these things, just spent all day in my 83hd putting in an 11inch chimney liner.
We are hoping to upgrade our 52ft this year, to either the 83HD or the 92HD.
If you get to the point of selling I might be interested in buying.
Congrats on the new machine !
Badass video Ive watched every crawler and CMC video out there. Im buying a 60HD before the end of the year.
Just got and 83hd custom green white looks great 😌 exited for new season.
how much did you pay for it?
$150k
Is it any faster or any other improvements?
I am ordering one next spring 🤪
It is faster, those extra 9 feet really make a difference.

Love em fabulous machine
Looks great , i think its to much height. For size of machine and out riggers
Its not made for lifting the tree, just the trimmer. Branches are held by the tree itself or another crane.
It's engineered and has many sensors super safe
Sick dude!! Does it seem a lot higher? I almost got that one too!
North Jersey ArborCare LLC yes. big difference. love this machine👍🏼💪🏽
@@thetreeguy7387 how much is it
Im from Ocean county
Great to hear

Not a good issue if you are around primaries.

Isn't that same machine you already have?
aj12271 no The other one is 83 Hd
@@thetreeguy7387 Does the extra 9 feet make much difference? Maybe the new machine is just better design than old?
aj12271 It is faster, those extra 9 feet make a difference.
Can you give a ballpark figure for price
I'm going to guess around 200 k
Yea can you ask your boss for us ?
I know as of 2021 the 60 hd is $90k and the 72 is $110k brand new
122000 but worth it if you have the work
122 for 83 arbor pro
Another thing is you are only as good as your ropeman
thanks for the great video, next time cut the music and let's hear The Machine itself
The music is stupid! You didn’t talk about your new machine at all pro or cons!
Molta,, pratlca
