I've been using the Ridgid pro gear boxes for a few years now and couldn't be happier. IP65 rated, multiple sizes/configurations, and they all can stack and lock onto each other which is incredibly useful. Cheaper than basically every "overland" storage and works just as well or honestly even better. Plus Home Depot regularly has sales on em
Thanks for the honest review. I really like the aesthetic of these crates and they're a step-up from most boxes I use but I see now how they aren't as functional as they could be. They're expensive right off the bat at $52 for a half-box and that's without the $10 insert, which seems necessary to prevent items from either falling out, getting dirty or getting stuck in the bottom grate. It's a smart business plan to sell a new take on what's essentially a milk crate with all kinds of ad-ons, but for me it doesn't seem to provide value proportional to the price.
Great video thank you! Have you by chance looked at the new crates seems like they removed a lot of the openings water, resistant/waterproof. My order just came in today.
Yes, but I still throw a strap over them just in case you hit a big rut. I like using the front runner bungee strap, it’s super easy and quick to unstrap and strap down the gear.

@@HuckleBerry476 I have seen them online, but I haven’t tried them out yet.
Awesome video Edward! Really liking these crates. Haha love that outro too!
Thank you so much man, I appreciate it 👊. Loving the new channel.
Hey homie nice video. Do you have any videos on that garage/shop setup?? Would love to see some more of that organization! Haha.
How well do they stack? Would a stack of 3 half crates be reasonably stable in transit?

Would like to try one of their crates inside my ARB drawers.
Oh 100%
Nice review, I’ve been hesitant and now I know this won’t work for me
Great video my Bro
