Urban ASMR: Scene 2

Amid the constant motion of commuters, tourists, merchants, residents -- many of them with human and furry babies in tow -- and private and commercial vehicles and bicycles, chilling moments emerge as I sit on a bench trying to chill despite not feeling well. The first recording abruptly stops, and, exasperated, I tap the recording button again for Scene 2 of "Urban ASMR."

Overnight I wrestled with the decision to keep Scene 2 public. In fact, I set it to private mode in the wee hours of the morning -- after I had awakened suddenly.
While it's true that one has the freedom to shoot videos on public streets in America, what about when an innocently recorded video picks up a person's monologue about disturbing private-life concerns? What are the ethics there? I invite your comments on whether you feel I should keep Scene 2 public and, most important, why. Thank you.🫂
