The plant Harry picked at the souk and did know what it was. That's common Wormwood and the scientific name is Artemisia absinthium. In Morocco they call it Shiba. It is a substitute to mint in Moroccan tea and mostly in season during the winter. Just use a little bit in a tea pot (about 10 grammes of the leaves) but make sure you soak it hot water for two to 5 minutes to get rid of the bitterness it has before you put it in the tea pot and wait few more minutes before it gives flavour to your tea. No rush you are in Morocco😅
