What is your opinion on having a company that specializes in many things such as excavation, grading, hardscaping, landscaping etc. vs having a company that specializes in one thing? I'm looking to start a company in the future but I don't know if its realistic to do many services, although if I own a piece of heavy equipment I want to use it for many different jobs.
When you’re starting out, you kind of do whatever you have to to keep the bills paid and as you develop a niche in what you’re truly interested in is the route to go.
Having a wife like that is by far the most valuable asset you have. Many women are not that supportive or engaged in the family business as she is. Otherwise the rest of the tips were good too 👍
