It's 2k imagine if they only do current Gen, and still drop the ball, what will be the excuse.
wwe2k25 needs to bring back how svr or here comes the pain use to be with i quit matches or loser gets hair cut off or even the famous bra and panties match,no faction and give us man bun roman reigns for free

Last Gen is not holding this game back. The lack of creative direction is holding this game back. The lack of talented dev is holding this game back, The fact the WWEGames community is willing to accept dogsh*t on a plate is what holding this game back. Showcase mode is pointless, The gameplay is a bargin bin street fighter knockoff, CAW mode is glitched to high hell, it's just a overall mess.
Last gen is definitely holding it back if you know anything about game development rather than just wrestling games.
It took the developers of Hogwarts legacy 6months + to dumb down Hogwarts legacy and make it able to run on older consoles
@@coreyprichard9915 That's only If you want to make both versions equal in features, They do not have to do that, Also The Ps4 is not the reason the gameplay is an horrendous mess. It's not the reason the servers are such trash, it's also not the reason Caw mode is such a glitchy mess . That's all on the devs being lazy, stupid, or not having enough time/budget to make sure the modes work properly. I do not care about the 4K/30fps BS which is the only upgrade from Ps4 to Ps5.
I agree with you about last gen is what is holding it back.

My faction is trash done with 2k old school games were the best smackdown vs raw 2011 where you could walk around back stage promos can't do that now
Even though nba and wwe 2k25 will be on ps4 and xb1, madden 25 will also be on ps4 and xb1 next month also....

They come out on old gen for the £££ that's why they get bundled with the new gen version

WWE 2k should go the Fortnite way in where you put either 20 dollars into your account and you can get a skin and other stuff and that’s cool🍎🍏
But do it with attires that are limited and some outfits that they’ve wore in wwe
1 dollar thats all those persona cards are woth and its 99 cents too high but i'll be generous and pay 1 dollar for a persona card whose wrestler can't even be edited, still 1 dollar regardless if it could, thats the medium
they aren't working on two games, if that was the case we'd need to buy a ps5 or xbox series x game, they just do a patch because ps5 and the xbox series x are just graphics updates and the difference isn't all that much to ps4, the game had crashes and issues in 2k18 too ps3 was no longer in the equation,its not a last gen thats holding this games back its the yearly release

What if 2k made wwe 2k25 next gen only but 2k had another team making a wwe for last gen only maybe like legends of wrestlemania for ps4/xbox one. That way 2k only has to focus on making 2k25 next gen only and last gen still has a wrestling game I think it’s a win win for everyone

we'd still be complaining about crashes etc, ppl like to blaim last gen but they forget every game has had issues even those that were exclusive to a generation of consoles, and all it takes is a patch for a ps4 game to be a ps5 game and this aren't the only games that done it.
Well, that's why they should again not buy the game if they keep answering the positive with continuous negative.
