    I have a pair of these and they are awesome.
    The case is longer than standard ear bud cases, but I would suggets the length is not the key dimension. The Oladance case is much slimmer than most, so it actually slips into the pocket easier and forms a much less pronounced bulge. I tried the LinkBuds before settling on these and have a pair of Sony WF-1000XM4 and these are much aesier to carry round in a pocket than either of those.
    I sent the Linkbuds back I'll reach for the WF-1000XM4 if I'm sat down, just listening for music for an hour or so, but the Oladance sound good too, and I can literally wear them all day withour any discomfort or worry that they will drop out (which I get with almost any other pair of earphones).

    Shane how about making a video and compare all of the earbuds and headphones you've reviewed? Rank them in several ways like the pricing, the sound quality,customization, hardware quality and size and etc? I am going to buy an earbuds and I have so many options

    You should check out the Audeze iSine 10 / 20 or Lcdi3, Lcdi4 if you can find a good deal on them.
    You'd be overwhelmed by how competent they are, but they'd probably need to be EQ'ed to your taste before use... most people don't like their stock sound, but all agree that their detail retreival, precision, immersion is overwhelmingly good.
    They're wired though, so for supporting your bluetooth codec of choice you'd have to get a wireless sound card (bluetooth dac amp), like the very popular Fiio BTR5 or Qudelix 5k (the latter has a built-in parametric equalizer).

    I enjoy listening to (edit: to you) more than 95%+ of utoob reviewers. The 'most' of the reviewers try so hard to sound so much like a t.v. announcer, that its extremely sterile, emotionless, and totally not genuine. If i wanted that, i'd get my info faster by simply go reading the white papers. Guaranteed, these guys dont talk to their wives/gfs this way. You sound so genuine and down to earth -so easy to listen to. Thank you so much for your efforts. I just subscribed!!

    I love the comfort and the fact that they don't fall out of my ears (like every other earbud I've ever used). On the negative side, the volume is insufficient. Often the earbuds are overwhelmed by the surrounding environment. The case doesn't seem capable of charging the earbuds sans cable or wirelessly charging. In fact, it's rather flimsy for a 150-dollar pair of earbuds. I'm on the fence about whether or not I'm going to keep them.

    I actually own a pair of these and there IS a secondary case that you can get if you're not a fan of the elongated, pill-shaped one they come with ... HOWEVER ... it's an additional $50 (which is jih ridiculous IMHO) but, that case is shaped similar to the Samsung earbuds BUT twice the size (at least)

    People tend to forget that on headphones an open back design gives you usually more soundstage and clarity...thats why most very good sounding headphones (over ear) are open back.
    Sadly we arent there for in ears...probably because a bigger driver and power is needed to do that.
    I am on the search to get unrestricted or nearly unrestricted ambient but also good sound without cramping stuff too far into my ear canal

    I don’t understand why they didn’t just include the Breaker Charging Case as the original case instead of the large charging case they come in or at least give the consumer the option of which one they preferred on purchase instead of purchasing both. 🤨 Personally I would have preferred to purchase these with the Breaker Charging Case with 94 hours play time, would have been more convenient for me.

    I'd love to know how the microphone quality is. If I'd buy these headphones, I'd wear them around all day long, meaning that I'd probably also answer a lot of phone calls with them. Could you maybe compare their microphone quality to any of your other earbuds?

    Hey, Oladance versus Samsung Buds Live, which has better sound quality? (Also, do these fall off if you lie down on your back?)

    • @scaryifliteral
      @scaryifliteral  Год назад +1

      I've not used the buds live to say, I didn't have any issues with these falling off but I can't say I laid down with them on. I would imagine that laying down would sort of push up on them and might dislodge them.

    I saw these a month or two ago and was thinking of trying them, just kinda hard to justify the price. Have had many sets of "ear wear" and at this point can say definitely do NOT like ear bud types for long periods. Thought I was settled on aftershokz as I generally like everything about them EXCEPT... The stupid band that goes around the back of your head. Now I assume it has a connection of the left and right inductor points or for the battery or at the very least provides the springiness to keep the innductors pressed on your skin. If I'm sitting in my chair I can not put the back of my head on the head rest as it will shove the whole aftershokz bone induction system away from my head and into the back of my ears, furthermore will lose clarity of the transmission of the sound/music. If they could make a headset without that bar going around the back of the head that would be the most ideal set of headphones I could ever want. Hence why I was thinking of trying these oladance headphones. Problem is...
    1. They aren't bone induction, I assume it's more like a ear bud that's facing your ear canal, but isn't actually in your ear?
    2. I assume since I have glasses and this headset goes over the top of your ear and behind that after long periods you'll get hot spots on your ear from the headsets?
    If either of these really aren't a issue I'd be happy to give them a go.

    • @quanticflowers4264

      My partner has these, and wears glasses, and seems to do just fine with them for long periods. I'd say give them a shot! if you don't like them you can just return them (if you bought them on amazon, anyway)

  • @makingry
    @makingry Год назад +1

    Two things:
    First, I'm curious how they feel wearing them for several hours (8 hours) with your glasses since they hook around the ear with your glasses. That's what I always have issues with.
    Second, do they seem secure when you are active, hiking, running, bending over to tie your shoes etc. Especially when they compete with glasses for locking around the ear

    • @scaryifliteral
      @scaryifliteral  Год назад +1

      After about an hour with them on they were still comfortable. No issues there.
      As for fit, as long as you're not whipping your head around they should be okay. Bending down was fine and I wore them on a briskly paced dog walk the other day with no issues.

      @@scaryifliteral One of my worries is these just seem to rest over your ear, not necessarily secured in like say an ear loop or some other ear buds or the winglet of the Pixel Bud A-series which I guess is fine but I suspect if you tilt your head 90 degrees you risk it falling off. Not the biggest deal in the world to me but just something to consider.
      One more thing worth noting which I read on their FAQ's, not on the main product page, multipoint connections are not supported at this time which is something I love about my 1More Sonoflow's and Pixel Bud Pro's. The 16 hour battery life is pretty great, nothing that can be matched by a traditional ear bud.
      Someone else already mentioned but I also found the smaller optional charging case on their site for $50.
      Also worth noting, they are currently running a $30 off coupon if you buy direct from them making these a bit more palatable at $119.

    I bought these, I can’t hear anything at work. They sound good outside but in the building I can barely hear music and RUclips, forget about it! I really want to like them but they really don’t serve any purpose for me. I work in a noisy environment and having buds is against the policy. Aftershokz work fine I just don’t like that part around the back of your neck.
