Demonstration of how to radius fret wire by hand.

In this video I am demonstrating how to radius fret wire by just using your hands and a pair of end nippers. I used this technique for many years before StewMac came out with their fret radiusing tool. This method is fast, simple and reliable.

I'm looking at buying 25 pre cut frets that are 10" radius - Can I straighten these to 16" radius with your method - I'll be using Jescar EVO Gold due to nickel allergy - Thanks

I think so. It takes a little finesse but should be easy.

Great video, Scott. I have 3 acoustics, none of them from your talented hands, that I “think” have nut height issues. They are quality guitars and I’m gun-shy about removing and sanding the nut. Any chance you could do a short video on properly approaching this issue?
