It's time for a little boat trip! Let's pop over to Belize for a quick parade, cold beer and lovely people watching. Punta Gorda, Belize is only a 30 minute boat ride away from Livingston, Guatemala. We discover a not so pretty side to tourism in Belize as well but as long as we are aware of it now is not reason not to go back.

The couple set out from Costa Rica with their pack of 8 rescue dogs. They traveled through Central America and then bought a sailboat in Guatemala. Now, they are working on some boat projects getting their 38' Contest sailboat ready for big adventures and hopefully an eventual ocean crossing. Explore the Caribbean, the Rio Dulce and have a few laughs along the way!
