A tip from a rein main, be the teams anchor. In the first 5 seconds, the reason your backline died was because of your positioning. An enemy winston means you need to keep tabs on him at all times. If you are tunneling any other player like at the start of this video, then that means you are not there with the hammer and the charge to repel the winston.
