I definitely agree. This patch it feels like they're focusing more on un(der)used abilities, and trying to pull specs to the "new" mean. It's insane to see that 40k+ is the new normal.
@@phandrel Yes but that not a problem if unlike ESO, Gw2 don't focus on those benchmark to make content. The higher the bench, the easier it will be to made simple and viable build fr people who just want to do content but can't or don;t want play piano
@@orack6355 That's a fair point. Although, I'd say that the final few additions (Kanaxai in Gyala Delves, Silent Surf, Dagda, Cerus CM, Eparch in the new fractal) their HP seem to take this new high into account.

They haven't nerfed the condi aspects of it, so yes.
necro and virtuoso buffs are unwarranted lol. if anything, harb shld be nerfed in wvw and condi virtuoso nerfed in pve
