I thank you for a clear explanation but i believe you left something out. What happens when you pich one face of the cube instead of the 0pposite sides of the cube?
Tolmey, thanks for the comment. As an instructor these videos can't be too long otherwise, I lose the student's interest. With that said I don't go into "what ifs" only because I want to save time. But to answer your question, if you select faces that are not opposite but have a common point (corner), that corner will go away
