Loved it , regarding (Tahini) the verb is as u said (TAHAN) , and the description of it is (tahina) 🙂 another information , we use tahina also to calm the tunge after eating (pineapples) , though in cooking an arabic DESSERT CALLED(Basbosa) it gives it a tasty flavor and opens appetite to eat 🙂
I made this recipe; the tahini crust is way too dry… Martha’s was too. You can see this in the video when Martha dumps out the crumbly dough onto her counter top…then, the next shot shows a lovely, moist dough! Too bad the recipe was not updated to reflect how her crumbly crust was modified for moistness. My guess is that additional oil and water was added.
