Window Configuration and Track Preset

This is a Study Guide for Pro Tools 201. Once you've been working a while, the are certain workflows that become common in your practice. Window Configurations allow you to recall the size and location of Pro Tools windows, either every window or a single one. This can be done by hitting period-number-* or recall a memory location with a Window Config stored within it. Track presets allow the user to recall common processing automatically as a part of creating a new track, right clicking the track name and choosing "recall preset" or dragging one in from the workspace browser.
