Sorry about your car and fridge we just had to get our roof fixed because it was leaking but they are working with us to pay a bit every month till its paid off any who love your meals they always look so good

Like the health of my family. That always brings me peace. Try using the Cracklin’s in your green beans when you cook them. They sort of act like bacon, which makes them very tasty. i think we should all start thinking "2 things are enough". we just had dryer issues - ended up with a repair as it was about the 3rd of the cost of a replacement. and have a leak in our waterline. i need to deal with that next week. your dinners always look so good. cooked with love!

I don't think I've ever had zucchini I know I've never fixed it. I guess I just eat the basic vegetables. I do like that you feed your family very healthy meals. I turned my air off this morning and have a few windows open and my ceiling fan in the living room going it's very comfortable here in Central Illinois. You really did have a few rough days hope things are better

I shred my zucchini and put it in bags in the freezer to make fritters throughout the year.
