1940's and early 50's all over again. I listened to all the old radio shows Sat evening, and Sunday afternoon and evening as a young girl. Great memories. Best thing ever was radio back then. I loved Peevy and LeRoy.

I love Gildersleeve. Years ago I listened to over 453, so all are reruns, and they are just as fun as they were then. Thank yoy!

I love Leroy. His impatience is hilarious. It reminds me of my 3 boys when they were younger.

It is the very best show. Never boring! I watch them multiple times and then listen again to radio shows.

Thank you for your efforts in making this simplistic heart warming comedy, so easily accessible.

I guess this was comedy and propaganda radio. A message, "Don't go out and spend money. Buy war bonds instead.".
Honda built a manufacturing dynasty in Japan after WW2, and our congress destroyed Preston Tucker after WW2.
I think it is actually fair to say, Japan won WW2. We were free to chase our dreams before that. Isn't that what we were fighting for? It was suppose to be.
