I tell you what Fran you have beautiful movement and technique .
I love how you focus on the basics and do them impeccably!
To me that’s what makes the best fighters great… the ability to stay switched on after each engagement , after each round , after landing a good shot and after getting caught.
The focused fighter will always do well .
Thank you for the great content sir 🫡

Thanks Jesse, really appreciate that. 100% agree with you, the ability to maintain that level of focus and concentration in the heat of the exchanges 👍

Another great video! I think the last point is so important. People tend to forget that the pressure is always on and they get lazy after they've thrown a few punches. Then they don't defend themselves or get to a better position and POW!

Thanks Chris. Curse of the casual - got to stay switched on, switch off back in the changing room! Hope you are well.

@Fran Sands Yes I've been keeping well and busy. I can post on my page but I haven't been active in groups unfortunately. I'm working on an online course and I'm writing magazine articles too. I trust you've been keeping well?

Excellent, keeping very busy there pal. I've stopped using the personal facebook account, was draining my emotions. Just followed your page from my MyBoxingCoach page so will be able to keep up with your posts mate. Keep up the good work Chris.
