It is amazing that this great Saudi Islamic scholar still has great influence 23 years after his death in 1999.
We pray to Allaah, that he be saved from the Torment of Hell , and Highest levels of Heaven written for him

Masha ALALH... May ALLAH Grant him highest place in Jannah... Ameen.. Great Scholar...
I was hinoured to see him in 1997 at mosque in azzizziya junubiya after asr prayers . I was in mecca for hajj. I dint know who it was but he caught my eye after i saw so many people surrounding him after salah and they were asking and noting down in pieces of paper. Later on i saw the blind old man being escorted to his vehicle. Being a visitor i assumed he was a member of rhe royal saudi family. So due to my curiosity i asked someone who the old man was and they told me it was Sheikh ibn Baz....
May Allaah grant him the highest rank in janna Aamian
May Allah Bless his Soul. Amiin.
Mashallah barakaAllah ☝️☝️☝️🕍🕌
Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
If you were to rely upon Allah with reliance due to him, he would provide for you just as he provides for the birds. They go out in the morning with empty stomachs and return full. [Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2344, Grade: Sahih]

does anybody know which teachers were the recordings from when describing him?
How did he learn if he was blind?
he used a braille most likely and he had his hearing still so he most likely used those two methods to learn
KHULUKUL KURAAN❤❤
May Allah(swt) have mercy on the great scholar of islam Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz.

And nowadays people use that excuse for polygamy? See Single mother can make their offspring achieve greatness. Allah guide who He wants.
Nice documentary..
Masha Allah
A little dars. Concerning our own children/ posession etc. we say: "Masha Allah."
Concerning other people's children/ posession/ beauty etc. we say: "Allahumma barik", or the like.
Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Saalih al-'Uthaymin, rahimahullah, explained this in detail in "Fataawaa Nuur ‘alaa-d-Darb, cassette no. 321": I try to translate, excuse my English (not my mother tongue)
"If s.o. sees what pleases him, of his own property, he shall say:
'Maa shaa Allaah, tabaaraka-llaah, la quwwata illaa bi-llaah'. As in the case of the two gardens (in Sura al-Kahf), when the one companion said to the other:
{وَلَوْلَا إِذْ دَخَلْتَ جَنَّتَكَ قُلْتَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّـهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّـه}
'It was better for you to say, when you entered your garden: masha Allah, la quwatta illa bi-llah! (that which Allah wills, there is no might nor power except with Allah)' (Sura al-Kahf 18:39). This is, if s.o. sees in his property what pleases him.
If he sees something outside his possession, that pleases him, he shall say:
'Baaraka-llaahu ‘alayhi' (may Allah's blessing be upon him), or a corresponding wording (like: 'allahumma barik', according to the Hadith with Sahl Ibn Hunayf, when the prophet, salallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, said: ...
ْ أَخَاهُ أَلاَّ بَرَّكْت..
'...Why did you not speak a blessing for your brother...').
If he sees s.t. that is of the matters of dunya (this world's life), so he should say:
'Labbayk, inna-l-'aisha, 'aishu-l-aakhirah', as the prophet, sallAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam, used to say. So if he says labbayk, meaning: here we are, so he says: 'inna-l-‘ 'aisha, 'aishu-l-aakhirah', meaning: 'indeed, (real/ true) life is life in the hereafter'. He, at once, decrees for himself that ad-dunya (the life of this world), and everything in it, will not endure, and that no life is in it, for indeed, real life is life in the aakhirah."
Really Allahumma Barik brothers, but would you please give the references as well (for his childhood particurlarly)? JazzakAllahu khairan
