He'll drop a key to the pantry in the kitchen. Inside you'll find some nice stuff. •You've gone really far off the beaten path. Usually you're supposed to go through a general route of discovery and puzzles, but since you're not used to the Resident Evil formula, you just wandered about in panic and accidently did a bunch of random stuff. My advice now since it's a little too late, is to not think of every single thing at once, just focus on what you know and have and use it.
@Skud_paimon once you've used a couple of stabilizers those 8 bullets become more valuable because you can kill standard enemies in 4-5 hits, but the injectors are still your only real option for stealth kills.
i made injectors like 2 times in my playthrough and aside from that i only made ammo. as long as youre somewhat optimal with your ammo usage and crafting, both injectors and handgun ammo can be viable as i had no struggle with beating the game crafting only ammo and was even able to beat the game with grace having 100+ leftover handgun ammo imo handgun ammo is way better than injectors due to there being really no need to play stealthily, handguns being able to handle more than 1 zombie easier injectors, handguns usually never taking more than 6 bullets to kill a zombie, and injectors most of the time alerting other zombies nearby but its really down to player preference and if the player is good at aiming or not lol
