Nilinaw ng Manila International Airport Authority na ang kanilang VIP service, partikular ang Meet-and-Assist Service o MAAS, ay alinsunod sa mga protocol ng Bureau of Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, at Security o CIQS at base sa mga regulasyon ng pamahalaan at airlines.
