My orchestra class and I are performing this at our CYO festival. If anyone doesn’t know what CYO means, it stands for Civic Youth Orchestra. Btw, I play 1st violin for this piece and I’m in first chair of the 2nd row.
My school played this song for my friend we lost that same year to suicide and she played the violin with me. It still makes me cry... but we played this for her as she sleeps for the last time. R.I.P my lovely friend. I still miss you till this day.

For some reason I struggle so much with this piece. I think it's the fact that it's a lot faster than you'd think.
