I’ve been a fan of X-Ray RC cars for a while and was really excited to try the X12. The on-road performance and build quality are still top-notch, and I love the ID system for the chassis. However, I’m really disappointed with the kit. It comes with a solid shaft instead of a ball or gear differential, which is a major letdown at this price point. To make things worse, the cost of upgrading to the ball or gear diff is more than thirty-five percent of the car’s price. For such a professional-grade product, this is really frustrating and not what I expected from X-Ray

you didn't balance the shaft. By rotating one of the hubs you can balance the shaft.
