Fun fact: This song is in Russian and is actually about a clown ( Арлекино ) and it’s about how he makes everyone laugh.
edit: Some people are saying it's Italian and some say it's Russian, so let me explain. The word Arlecino is an Italian word, and actually is a type of clown that is shown in the video, called Harlequin. But the song, is sung in Russian by Ala Pugacheva, during USSR, possibly inspired by a popular film, Buratino. Buratino, is a Russian remake of Pinochio, which uses the same prototype of a character with a long nose, but changes the plot up a bit. In that film Buratino meets a girl with blue hair, a dog, and a clown called Arlecino, who country to Buratino was always very sad and gloomy despite being a clown.
