Do you build slow intentionally for a good speed build video or is this your normal building pace?

My sole focus is on providing a consistently good, complete visual and auditory experience for the viewers and a properly build end product. Minimal time out of focus, no parts put together off-screen, no slightly misaligned 1x1 bricks or tiles, no extraneous sounds. All of this is done with a suite of AV and lighting equipment all around and especially between me and what I'm working on. It's a very deliberate process and speed is not a consideration for me at all.
