- 2010 Ford F-250 Head lights No low beam only high beam. Here is how I reset it at the smart junction box on driver side kick panel. Make sure park brake is off and I have a plow harness on, so make sure to switch to truck lights not plow lights if plow is off. Also the day time running lights won't work. Update on the cause. I have a boss plow which the headlights draw 6 amp. on each side, the truck lights draw 2 amp. on each side. With both lights on the truck it draw 4 amp. the plow draws 12 amps. So when the left side of the FET ( witch is like a relay in electronic ) goes out the right side draws 12 amps and kicks off the low beam. I had to buy a new smart fuse box. The high beam also runs the low beam but it has a relay from the battery to the low beam wire lowering the amperage on the circuit. Hope this helps. It worked for a year then I had no more low beam. I ended up changing the smart box.
Your video is the first in 6 day’s of looking that fixed the issue. Thank you for posting.
Finally! Thanks! This fixed my lowbeams!
Thanks very much. I tried everything. I will do this next..
I have a 2004 Ford F150 XLT CrewCab and I looked everywhere for a fix. This did it! Thank you!
I'm glad this worked for you. You would think ford would put a fuse for this problem. Thanks for the comment.

Tried and no my high beams don’t work
This was for the low beam. Did you check your fuses, maybe your high and low beam switch is faulty. I don't know if you have a plow I would need more information to help.
rjmonci yes it is a plow truck tested fuses and they are good bulbs are good I concluded it’s the multifunction switch
I also had plow and my high beams don't work, have you figured out what's wrong?
@@rjmonci Hi, question for you I have a 2008 f350 both low beams not working, however it was a plow on there before I purchased. Could the plow wiring cause low beam problems?
@@anthonyfisher4874 I don't know if 2008 is the same with a smart box so not sure. But the plow lights did this to mine. It draws too much amperage for the smart box.
a lie is a lie
Why would you say a lie. This is only way I got low beam back on. I was just trying to help someone else with the same problem. I can't say it would work with all problems but it would help to try if you have the same problem. Also did you read the show more comments I put on after.
