Your jack-o’-lanterns turned out great. Very festive. I love how Kenny touches his nose to his food when he’s trying to smell his dinner. 😂 Also Roo matches the autumn leaves so beautifully.

The living room needs some warmth brought in colour wise to make it feel more cosy and homely - even just warm browns. It’s cold at the moment as the sofa is the same colour as the wall nearly. Even use a warm throw to add texture and warmth, or some nice throw pillows and it will instantly feel better x
Seeing Roo in one of your thumbnails sold me on your channel! She is identical to my childhood dog who was a cross between Maltese and Yorkshire terrier. I’ve never seen another dog like her until now. Even her little personality is the same❤️
I always have my Starbucks decaf because of the anxiety concerns you were mentioning - could allow you to enjoy your drinks…

I have a Chihuahua Terrier mix too (called Gus), and he makes all kinds of grumbly noises all the time. He's such a personality. Keep us laughing every day. I'm always rocking him like a little baby too. LOL

Maybe consider possibilities if your pieces of furniture are not all anchored to a wall. Counter intuitive but could actually open up space and help balance the off center fireplace. Love the house and how you’ve decorated so far!

Not ideal but why not put the tv in the bay window for now. Chair at an angle where tv is now. Also if there is room put a sliding door on the outside hall wall would give you more space.

Think about turning your sitting room door around so it opens the other way onto the wall not into the middle of the room. Then the furniture can be arranged differently. Smaller tv?

Just found your channel today and subscribed right away...lol. Loved both of your pumpkins, they looked so nice on your front stairs! I don't blame you for wanting to live in the Cotswolds, its just gorgeous there. Got to visit England and really enjoyed the countryside.
What about having big sofa in centre looking towards fireplace. How about a fire surround, with storage either side, get a small single chair. Place double in bedroom or kitchen??? X

living room idea: put the new tv stand and tv in the bay window, push the couch down toward the fireplace with just a standing lamp to fit in that corner for some soft lighting. put the chair to be in an L shape with the couch (chair facing fire place) an small end table where chair and sofa meet. in the place where the tv was put a type of buffet/book shelf since you like to read so much hannah and buy books.

It’s funny because winter doesn’t actually start till dec 21st and goes till march. It’s autumn all November and December and people still rush into Christmas season haha

Hi Hannah,
I had an idea for the Living Room layout - first: I love where the chair sits by the window - it looks great. I was hoping that the Christmas Tree could fit where the single chair is. My family had a tradition of putting our Christmas Tree in our bay window area - we liked to see the tree from the yard as - it made us happy to see it as we returned home. It could work well for the layout of the room. Another idea would be to leave the couch facing the Christmas Tree (as it is) - and put the TV facing the couch also - on the left of the tree with part of the wall (at angle) behind it and not blocking the tree. Then the chair could fit to the left of the TV against the wall.
That is my suggestion - I hope it helps.🙂♥️✨️
Also, if needed - the couch could be angled away from the wall for creating a more comfotable space. Trying things to see how they feel is the very best way - you will just know if it's right for you.

Hi Hannah! Did you ever think about putting a couch where the TV stand is and then getting a smaller TV that fits above the fireplace so that you can watch TV and look at the fireplace, out the window etc.. and then possibly put the Christmas tree in the corner where the current couch is? Or something of that sort ..
Honestly I would love to but getting Kenny to part ways with his beloved TV is a challenge 😂 xx

Hi I’m new to your channel, I couldn’t help myself to help you with the space of your lounge room/ sitting room.
The large lounge is perfect where it is, you just need a large canvas or picture frame above it to make the area cosy.
You have to many things going on with all them wicker baskets , they need to go 😮and be replaced with a floor lamp .
The rug needs to be extra large to give the room a larger feel: look , the rug should fit pretty much not all but most of the floor, now the window, I would put two arm chairs on each side of the window not to large arm chairs but comfortable size that way it will open up the space but still allow for seating and perhaps a little table in between for a vase of flowers.
Coffee table needs to be round so it gives space for you to move. 😅 phew . Hope that helps it’s a great space and yes you can do so much with it.
