i got short listed for the technical round and received an email from the zoho for the f2f interview. if have an experience in client facing roles. make your resume precise and catchy with the keywords in the jd. you will be getting a call from the recruiter if your resume gets short listed, then while in that call if you really communicate well they’ll forward with the technical and once your profile got short listed you will be given a topic to prepare for the f2f round. The way you communicate and keywords that you add in your resume is much important!!

I was told that I had to give a demo of Zoho backstage in my interview call letter, At that time I had already got an offer letter for the Tech support engineer role at Movate. Still, once I received a mail from Zoho, I had to make a decision either continue with Movate or prepare well for the whole week so that I could perform really well at the interview, I blindly chose Zoho and had confidence that I would crack it this time, after deciding I quit motivate while on the induction, and started preparing for the whole week as hell... I really worked so hard on creating the PPT, Using the trial version of the product to give a demo daily, At last, the day has arrived. The first round itself was totally opposite of what they mentioned in the interview call letter, We were given 4 questions and had a written test, and following that we were selected individually for the PPT round, Post that from 22 people, only 2 of us were selected. I Literally did every round of the interview really well as I prepared really hard. We both were told to wait until 5 pm and we were waiting, finally, the manager came and told me that vishvak you guys really did well out of 22 only we are satisfied with you both out of the rest 22, But for this Role in our team we have only 1 vacancy so we're going with the other person he said. and mentioned You really did well vishvak likewise openings are going for another team also you will be getting a call from HR and we have given good feedback. Hopefully, you will get an opportunity if any in th future.. I was completely devastated, and with a heavy heart, I came home. After 2 days only I get to know that. The person who got selected was Referred by the manager himself who said the last few words to me. End of the story: At some point, you should have luck/influence to get what you want even though you worked literally hard for that. keep learning, and accept the rejections... You will be unstoppable!!

It's based on the behavioural Round only. So Soft skills with a good attitude is enough.
