We had a huge storm while we were gone for spring break. We lost all of our food in the freezer. It was so upsetting, but our freezer is more organized now. So many beautiful finishes. You’re amazing.
The finishing fairy was on fire this month. So many beautiful finishes, wow Barb you are so inspiring. So many pretty ideas for next year. I am working on the Better Homes and Garden heart also. I am doing it opposite of what they did, like you did. Oh my goodness your heart basket with Valentine's is so sweet.
Barb, I’m behind on watching so started w/your latest video. You look fantastic, that cabin vaca must have been wonderful, & that color red looks pretty on you. Am stitching Annie Beez You Melt My Heart for my hubs birthday. Your “Finish Feb” has inspired me to do “Maker March’” & get some of my 18+ finished pieces made into something. Always ❤ your stitching & finishing & watching your videos.
I need to send you a plane ticket to The Texas Hill Country to FFO all my boxes of finishes❣️❤️❤️❤️ Love all your finishes and your videos… Happy Valentine’s Day Barb….❤❤❤😘
Great video enjoyed seeing all of your beautiful valentine finishes. Your Valentine’s Day display looks amazing 🤩 have a wonderful weekend and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
I love the DMC heart, Sub Rosa piece, and especially your heart display in the tin! I need a Valentine piece for my walls and the Blackbird heart sampler is so pretty as evidenced by the heart you stitched. Maybe I’ll make a start on it this spring. ❤️
Your heart is beautiful. Ive been looking for hearts to stitch. I will have to find that one. All your finishes are beautiful and thank you for sharing
Great video. It was a lot of fun seeing all your valentines pieces. I thought the bucket on the wall with the smalls and valentine beads was beautiful. It doesn’t need anything else.
Your finishes were fabulous, Barb! I think I just might try that next year in February as I have a drawer of UFOs! On a side note, we have been trying to get our Global Entry interview since last year!
Love all yr finishes Barb! The Bonnie Sullivan’s are adorable & the Subrosa is so romantic! Vonna does inspire us to explore new ways… Your heart was so pretty. Happy Valentine’s Day to you!! ❤
Love all the valentines! And the snowmen applique stitch are so cute! Oh your grand finale is beautiful! Think I will try that with my metal mailbox.❤❤thanks for the ideas!
I love your Valentines display and love all of your Valentines finishes, all so beautiful. Your Blackbird piece is stunning. Thank you for another wonderful video, Barb, you always inspire me so much with your beautiful stitching and finishing.
All your finishes always motivate me! So beautiful and creative😊 Love the bucket with the hearts,so cute! Im going to have to find that DMC chart, your stitched heart is amazing…Love your floss tube 👏☺️
Good idea. I thought too it could use something else lighter in there but didn’t want to spend a lot of time rummaging through my finishing supplies. Thanks!
I watched you start the Valentine from subrosa fell in love that tap on the pattern stitched it in my own colors. 'cause I just pulled floss out that was similar to the pattern, I'm in love with it. I finished it as a bald. I'm gonna give it to my husband for Valentine's Day. Thank you
You really have a talent for finishing. I have been craving some No.12 Stitchco linen but the shipping cost always holds me back, even though I know it is reasonable. I wish they sold in the US like Fox and Rabbit does.
I love their fabric. I figured out the conversion from Australian to American dollar to see just how much I had to order to get the free shipping. I love everything I picked out. It was a nice splurge!
I can see why you were excited to have the Finishing Fairy come! I wish that she would visit my house 😀. Your Valentine displays are gorgeous! I love the creativity in your wall hanging and I can see why you wanted to stitch the heart that Vonna shared.
Please send the finishing fairy my way! She needs to spend a good deal of time at my house! You looked very pretty in your Valentine red sweater and I loved all your amazing finishes! One thing - What does that “Vonna” heart say? I can’t work it out! 😂
I’m laughing because the heart is just the alphabet. You’re doing a good job finishing WIPs so the next step is to channel your inner Finish Fairy and just do it! Look forward to “seeing” you soon. Hope your recovery is going well.
Hello from Madison Wi! I recently found your flosstube and enjoy seeing your projects. The heart finish was so pretty I had to find that pattern on Pinterest and add that to my to do list ! I don't know where you are in WI, but have you heard of a store in Wausau called Quilting Workshop/Needle Workshop? Its a store with both quilting fabric and cross stitch and supplies. I stop there a lot going between Madison and our home in Eagle River.
Welcome to Lost in Floss! I’ve never been to that shop but heard it’s nice. Maybe a road trip someday. You’re fortunate it’s somewhere you pass by. I’m glad you were able to track down the heart chart. It’s really an easy stitch and I love mine so much.
I made a mistake when I talked about these. The heart and the one in the circle I pulled from Love One Another by Blackbird Designs. It’s in the For My Friend book. The remaining one was a freebie that I accidentally deleted 1/3 way through stitching so I had no idea what the chart actually looked like because couldn’t find it again. Thanks so much for watching. Hope this helps!
I actually figured out yesterday that only the back was glued on. I took a screwdriver to loosen that and could pop the glass right out. Success! Thanks for your suggestion though. I’ll remember for future finishing.

You put away winter, jinx the Midwest and your popularity will plummet!!😂. Valentine stitches and displays are so very pretty❣️

Thanks so much. Happy Valentine’s Day to you too!
Barb, you should teach dye that fabric for the back of your heart to give it an aged look!
Was thinking about that too. I guess I could try it and use it for something else if I still don’t like it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Love your arrangement! Hey, if you have any white pip berries, they might look cute tucked in as well!
Good idea. I thought too it could use something else lighter in there but didn’t want to spend a lot of time rummaging through my finishing supplies. Thanks!

It’s funny how certain charts just speak to us that way. It’s one of my favorites too and I liked using what I had as far as colors.
As always, so much great eye candy! Love all of your ♥️s!
Thanks much!
Beautiful stitching and finishing!! You motivate me!!
You can do it!!
Glad to see the finishing fairy visited you! Love the wall Valentines piece. So cute!
I’m glad to have done something with the tin. I’ve had for several years.
Congrats on getting the finishing fairy to visit! Hope she comes to see me soon!
I hope she does too. It’s awesome!
What fabulous finishes! Seeing all of your Valentine's stitching is so satisfying!
Thank you!
I always enjoy your floss tubes, Barb. That heart is just beautiful!!
Thanks so much. I’m so happy to have it done.
Barb. Glad you had a good time at the cabin. Great finishes as always. ❤️

Hi Barb! Beautiful finishes as usual. The Valentine wall piece is perfect. You have a great imagination and it’s fun to see what you come up with.
Thank you. Appreciate the nice comment!

Love your video! May I ask what the Heart Stitch is behind you (hanging from the shelf) with the word Love and trees stitched on? So cute! Thank You!
Thanks so much. It’s actually a freebie from Liz Matthews. She designed it with the word HOPE but I changed it to LOVE.
Love the valentine picks you. Made what patterns did you use to make those smalls

I’m not sure if you are brave enough but I have broken out glass with a hammer over a garbage can when I don’t want the glass
I actually figured out yesterday that only the back was glued on. I took a screwdriver to loosen that and could pop the glass right out. Success! Thanks for your suggestion though. I’ll remember for future finishing.
