    I love Argentina & their footballers all of my life !! Messi ,off course ! Lol Di Maria ,Kempes, too !! I am currently planning to visit Argentina with mom in the near future !!! I am not sure which airlines ..most likely American airlines because of their routes & good vegan/ vegetarian meals & better prices ! But, I am not too fond of either American, or United ! Lol. My mom knows an American airlines pilot ,I believe he used to fly to Argentina ! I am wondering if he is still flying ,might have retired . If he is still flying ,it'll be awesome to be on the plane he flies !!! Lol I guess Argentina was that good for you to overstay !! Lol 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️🇦🇷💕💞

    It's funny how if you overstay your visa in Argentina you just pay a small fine. But if someone does that in the US they are barred from re-entering for at least three years, and they probably won't give you a visa next time you ask

      Look around and try changing the arrival dates and departure dates. Changing it by one day sometimes changes the price by a lot. I usually get tickets around $1000-$1300 and the most I’ve paid was $1700.

      @@coachab100 i saw yes. But if you can find a cheap local flight or greyhound ot, it might be doable pricewise. I found tickets from Amsterdam to BsAs via Houston for 700 bucks. Ok, its an 8 hr layover in Houston but still, its a steal. And 600 bucks less than flying direct from Ams to BsAs.

    Oh that 'Dollar Blue' business! I'll be in Argentina in a month and I'm still a bit confused about that!
    What I think you mean is -- ONLY pay using Argentine Pesos, ARS that you exchanged dollars for (at the price of the "Blue" Dollar) right?
    And just don't pay with an actual physical dollar anywhere... I think that's what I'm gathering from everything I've seen on that whole "Dollar Blue" ordeal...
    Great video, btw! (And I can't believe how overpriced those iphones were!)

    • @happytobemyself9100
      @happytobemyself9100 2 года назад +1

      Exchange USD for pesos at blue dollar rate in Buenos Aires by going to Florida street in downtown Buenos Aires or sending yourself money through Western Union. If you have USD bills, make sure that if you pay with that, the other end gives you blue dollar rate. Don't use credit card.

    • @ElvinMunoz
      @ElvinMunoz 2 года назад +1

      @@happytobemyself9100 That makes sense, thanks!
      It's a little uncomfortable for me since I'll have to pay a double exchange rate (first to buy dollars with my Mexican Pesos, then Dollars to ARS) but I think I'll still come out ahead if I get the "Blue" rate!
      I'll be staying in the Recoleta neighborhood for a few months, so Florida Street,... here I come!
      Thanks again!

      @happytobemyself9100 2 года назад

      @@pabloduarte3794 of course there's no issue using a credit card, but the exchange rate will be the official one, not the blue one. Therefore, even if it sounds like a hassle, it's more convenient to use cash. The USD 100 bills are the most sought after for exchange.

      @@ElvinMunoz you might want to find out how it will work out for you if you send yourself Mexican pesos with Western Union. Dollar "BULE"? lol lol ... The same thing happened to me, I overstayed like 14 days! And almost missed my flight because of it!
    I flew American Airlines both going and leaving, from and to Miami though. They were totally awesome about letting me fly with Kalele, my hound dog. They even let her once take a couple of empty seats in the middle row on one of the flights. Too bad I didn't know beforehand you were leaving. I would've asked if you could ask at the airport if American Airlines or United were still allowing emotional support animals to ride in the passenger cabin. I know they had stopped it during covid. ... The reason is I want to go back to Hawaii, but my dog is too old now to be put in the luggage compartment, and I wouldn't want to do that to her anyways. Here in Italy no one can tell me what's going on with that. I heard different things from different people. Bottom line is I need to go to Fiumicino in Rome and just ask them. When are you going back??

    • @sitopoema
      @sitopoema  2 года назад +1

      That's awesome that they let you fly with your dog, I've been looking to bring my dog from Argentina to United States but she's a big dog so it's complicated to travel with her to vegas. She'll need to be underneath the plane as cargo. And because Argentina and Las Vegas are two totally different climates I have a small window of availability to send her. And yeah overstaying isn't the best idea sometimes lol. It happened to me back in 2021 when apparently there wasn't any restrictions with overstaying due to Covid but that ended two weeks before my flight. At that time I stayed 105 days.

      @@sitopoema Ya well... before you COULD. You'd just get a letter from a psychologist and then just do all the same paperwork you would otherwise. I remember thinking it was too good to be true, and I sure took advantage of it, from Hawaii to Rome, to Argentina and then back to Rome! ... They then stopped after COVID started. Now they are allowing it again with certain requirements and restrictions, except here in Italy no one ever knows anything about nothing! hahahaha Que te diviertas at home hermano!
