Thanks for the great video...Harborplace will be revitalized in the next few years. Actually, it will be completely razed and transformed with new shops and restaurants. I can't wait to see it.
Thank you!!🙏🏼😀. Yes, very interested to see what is planned for Baltimore’s inner harbor! Hopefully it’ll revitalize the area to attract more visitors!
@@emanwalksOf course! I came here a lot as a kid and remember staying at the (then) Stouffer Hotel. I’d look out the window and you still see the blue aquarium neon light glowing across the harbor. Keep up the great work!
Not the crowds of years ago. Unfortunately most of harborplace is empty. Use to be a great place to hang out but not so much now. Hopefully they can revitalize the harbor.
What a great area. I was not familiar with it. I feel like I am now though 🥰 I feel like Darling Harbour in Sydney may have had some inspiration from here. Although, on a much, much smaller scale.
Video that brings back beautiful memories! I went to Baltimore twice: in 2007 and then in 2014! That year I took the exact same route from Federal Hill Park to the harbor. Little has changed, with the exception of two new buildings which now stand out in the landscape! The submarine has lost its painted "teeth"... I advise you to go up to the Baltimore World Trade Center to have a beautiful view of the port! For the little story,, in 2007 I was a freelance film journalist for a French magazine, and I had the opportunity to meet Mark Wahlberg in Federal Hill Park! He was there for a shoot on a bench for the movie Shooter! In May 2016 I saw him again in Boston on the set of "Patriots Day" then recently in October 2022 in Atlanta for "The Family Plan" where he speaks French in a scene... Him, who was amused by my slight French accent... He told me he would never tease me again...
