NETWORKDAYS.INTL(start_date, end_date, [weekend], [holidays])
Use "0000000" to define weekend is none.
This shall work for the above as well as for work cycles other than a 7 day week.
Say you have a work cycle of 4 consecutive work days and 2 non-work days. Just add all the non-work days to your holidays list using a start holiday and then fill the remaining using some formula. Then the formula with the weekend code "0000000" shall do it.
