The bustling streets of Myanmar are filled with the aroma of sizzling spices and the mouthwatering sight of locals eagerly indulging in their favourite snacks. Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Burmese cuisine, this dish combines stir-fried noodles, and a medley of aromatic spices. Here's a simple step-by-step process for making your Chicken Stir-Fry Noodles:
    Ingredients:
    Sliced ginger: a small piece
    Garlic cloves: 4-5, minced
    Onion: 2 medium-sized, thinly sliced
    Salt: to taste
    Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric: 1 pinch
    Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
    Curry masala: 1 teaspoon
    Green chillies: 2, slit
    Fried chicken 65: 150 grams, diced
    Water: a splash
    Fresh coriander leaves: a handful, chopped
    Lemon: 1/2, juiced
    Sugar: a pinch
    Boiled noodles: 200 grams
    Cooking oil: for sautéing
    Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
    Process:
    1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté sliced ginger, minced garlic, and thinly sliced onions until they turn golden brown.
    2. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, curry masala, and green chillies to the pan. Mix well to combine the spices with the sautéed ingredients.
    3. Stir in the diced fried chicken 65 [we already made a video on this previously, you can check it out on our page] and continue sautéing for a couple of minutes to coat the chicken with the spices.
    4. Add a splash of water to prevent the mixture from becoming too dry. Stir and cook for a minute.
    5. Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves and squeeze the juice of one lemon into the pan. Add a pinch of sugar to enhance the flavours. Mix everything together.
    6. Coat the boiled noodles lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Add the noodles to the pan and sauté them with the chicken and spices, ensuring they are well combined.
    7. Finally, add soy sauce to the pan and mix it all together. Cook for an additional minute to let the flavors meld.
    8. Remove from heat and serve the delicious Burmese-style Chicken Stir-Fry Noodles hot.
