In this week's #travelvlog we fly from Toronto to the Bahamas to meet Elayna & Riley and their two boys Lenny & Darwin for a liveaboard on their 48-foot catamaran... which should be interesting considering that I (Bec) am notorious for getting very sea sick on anything that rocks. We knew we'd really like hanging with these guys but we weren't prepared for how much we'd fall in LOVE with them. Hi! We're Eamon and Bec, a Canadian couple who previously lived and traveled full-time in our self converted Sprinter Van!! When the pandemic hit in 2020 we made the difficult decision to abandon our van in Africa and fly home to Canada. In that time, we made another major dream of ours come true by buying our first home together: a cabin in the woods! We spent a year renovating the 70s cabin into our cozy, safe haven to return to in between our international van life travels.

Hello from Ontario. Wow is all I can say. I started following you from watching La Vagabonde. I just finished two episodes "for Lee and One Step At A Time." I cried through both those videos. I'm a Paramedic that has and still is suffering from PTST, Depression and Anxiety due to 17 tramtic related paediatric calls. Your videos of Lee and your documentation of her life is very eye opening and very real life. I want to thank you for sharing this story with us and your openness to emotions. It's shows like yours, La Vagabond, SV Delos, Kara and Nat and others that have helped me get through the hard time in my life and with you both sharing your experience also helps me knowing that I'm not alone. You both should be very proud of what you are doing and please know that although it's very entertaining but also very therapeutic to myself and surely many others. Thank you for making my day and keeping me going.
