Just made the carrot ginger dressing. I added 3 chunks of pineapple for a little added sweetness. I love great dressing recipes!! Eating salad everyday is only doable with a variety of dressings. Thank you for keeping us happy and healthy!!

@stayingtrue7700, it would be interesting to know how the switch changes the texture or “clingy-ness” of the dressing. I can’t imagine the difference in sweetness would be too different. If you ever make it with dates, please let us know. 😋

Oh, Jill! I made the cilantro lime dressing 5 times! Can't wait to try the carrot ginger one! It is SOOOO delicious! It's my new fav! I couldn't get enough of it. My daughter is still talking about it! She ate it with raw red peppers and put it in a curry she made! I even put it on fresh pineapple - almost like ambrosia! We are celebrating Easter on April 14th, and this dressing is on the menu! I'm also making the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake, and the Lemon Ice Box Pie which was a big hit! You are amazing!!!! Thank you so very much!!! Always look forward to your recipes!! Have to catch up on them!😊🥰😍

Jill is right, I’ll really like the great nutrition of green leafy salads, and these kind of dressings help to keep me eating them. Thanks Jill

So glad the second dressing is salt free! Miso is loaded with sodium and not good if you’re trying to keep a healthy blood pressure. Please we need more sodium free salad dressings that actually taste good. Thank you for the recipe! :)

A bit off topic, but I recently got a Nutribullet PRO 1000W as I think this is the one you are using. I see you are using the 18oz size cup. I am unable to find this size cup for my model. I am wondering which cup brand you are using as there seems to be a plethora of copycats. Thx.

Thanks! Question for teacher only. Could I ask a question about what is the blender that you use and can I buy it on line for a good price?. I bought some of the other things that YOU use and I have been very happy. I know you have a blender link, but is this the best for what you do or do you secretly wish you had a different model? I am looking for your opinion only if you want to share your thoughts on it?

      Thank you Cynthia 😊
We have a Blendtec Professional 800 and I’m very happy with it. I have also had a Vitamix. I like them equally for different reasons. This Blendtec model has the silent case which is so worth it especially if you use it as much as we do because these large powerful blenders are extremely loud. The blades are also blunt which is safer for cleaning and doesn’t chew up your spatula when scooping out what you blended. Vitamix has the tamper which I miss so that you don’t have to stop the blender to scrape down the sides. BUT, the Vitamix is crazy loud and the blades are really sharp. If you can’t afford either of these, the Nutribullet Pro with at least the 1000watt motor is fantastic. We use it for all of our dressings and things that are smaller in volume.

If you don't have a high speed blender you must try to buy one. She didn't use one here for some reason but I own a Vitamix and you really need a high speed blender to properly emulsify dressings and sauces so they do not separate.
