My favorite top of 2021 list by far! Great info, all the pictures and graphics I need, and the audio is well nurtured and booming! Lot's of games that match my tastes also. Great Vid 👍
@@RollingSolo From both lists I "only" played 4, so my list would be 1 - Sleeping Gods | 2 - TM: Ares Expedition | 3 - Merchants Cove | 4 - Destinies. Outside of that list, I would add Burgle Bros 2: The Casino Capers and Voyages but I think it wouldn't enter on my previous list, they would be 5 and 6. The good news is that it’s coming back for a reprint either on Mythic Games site sometime in Q1 2022 or on crowdfunding. So there will be another chance to obtain without paying second hand marked up prices. 👍🏼
Nice list, not for the bank though! You got a shoutout on the Solomon Kane Kickstarter page in Update 196! Will you do a revised all time top 20 of your solo list in the near future?
That’s true 🤣 Someone pointed me to that also. That was very cool to read. Well deserved on their part! I haven’t done an all-time list in a long time. That’s certainly something I’ll add to my future to do list. Cheers!
Perfect! I recommend it. Do you have Roll Player as well? You certainly don’t need it at all but it’s cool to import a character if you have one. Hope you enjoy it when you get your hands on it Tony! What was your top game of the year? 👏🏼
Great list man, Solomon Kane is fantastic! You can really feel the theme shine through and the Providence virtue feels well designed and not just tacked on.
@@RollingSolo Nah it was close though, came in at number 4. Had Ankh as my number 1. If you're interested I got a top 10 of 2021 on my channel as well, not just solo though, even though I still play mostly solo. Keep up the great work brother 👍
This list looks great. I don't know why I fo it to myself kniwing that 80% of these games are not available to buy 😕. Would love to see a list of retail games you can own too! Keep up the good work though
super list man... I miss some game (I had to set a budget for boardgame I was investing too much) but I will have a look in the future if I found them used one or with discount
@@RollingSolo Top 10 for the game that i receive in 2021 10 - Dungeon Universalis (still need more plays... is massive can go down or up) 9 - Chronicles of Drungar 8 - Twisted Fables (not solo but is a lot of fun, I'm working on a solo mode) 7 - Infinity Defiance 6 - Aeon's End: Legacy of Gravehold (half of the way... cool) 5 - Sleeping Gods 4 - Destinies (big battle with Sleeping Gods...) 3 - Final Girl 2 - Solomon Kane 1 - Middara There is no Roll Player Adventure because I'm still waiting my copy... unfortunately... but I'm quite sure that will be in the top 10
My Top 5 solo games I enjoyed in 2021 are (still quite new to this, so there are some games released pre 2021 here) 1) Marvel United 2) Bloodborne the Board Game 3) Set a Watch (Swords of the Coin) 4) Cthulhu Death May Die 5) Sprawlopolis
Solomon Kane is also the top of my list from this year. It is actually how I found the channel. Can't wait for some Wave 2 unboxing and playthrough videos! I bought my copy secondhand, so really hoping I'll be able to find the Wave 2 expansions and not have to wait on the reprint.
I’ve been hesitant to play a board game based on a video game. At first, I thought it wouldn’t translate well to board game form. Now that I’ve given one a try, I’m a believer! It’s more like a faithful interpretation with game mechanics that actually play homage to the source material. I will be seeking AC and BB knowing that they’ve been given the respect they deserve. Great list! I enjoyed your layout. Well done.
Glad to point you to some that are in fact worth it! Thanks for checking out the video and the feedback. Let me know what you think of AC and BB when you get them!
AC is tough to find. I believe it will only be valuable through Triton Noir’s online shop when it comes back unless there are plans for a campaign in the future.
Hello Rob! That’s a great one. I recommend playing it on Challenger Mode until you beat a scenario and then Explorer Mode to fill in all the rest of the story after. At least in terms of playing solo. But I’m you may want to enjoy the story without a time limit crunch, so the choice is yours. Cheers!
@@RollingSolo thanks for the the info I'll pick some up for myself. Top game has to be roll player adventures, I just love creating new characters and seeing how they perform. Thanks again for the list
Great video, and thanks for adding your personal list. Good to see some are matching on top ten. Great comment for SK, a really amazing game, despite a few issues as you said, and wave 2 is really promising. But beside this, your list will maybe influence some of my future grabs. Keep on doing a good job Adam.
Thanks Pascal! I’ll keep that up. SK really was a standout this year. It’s gameplay is different and unique and plays right into the theme and immersion.
@@RollingSolo well, always a tough question. I also had great time playing SK for sure, but not solo. In real solo, I enjoyed the good old Mage Knight and Journey in Middle Earth.
@@RollingSolo not really. I had hoped to receive Tainted Grail but I was stupid enough to choose 1 wave (in French). I think Euthia, Bloodborne or Sleeping gods would please me.
My top 5 solo games I have played in 2021... :D 1) Lost Ruins of Arnak (Especially with the official online solo campaign) 2) Warps Edge 3) Imperium Classics/Legends 4) Sleeping Gods 5) Destinies
Didn't get SK. It seems really great. A lot of praise. I kinda ignored MG for just being pretty miniatures (got Reichbusters), but it seems they have turned things around. Got Final Girl. Great game. Amazed there's another one that uses a box as a board. Interesting, will have to look into that.
You can pick a narrative book to work through of varying lengths and thickness. So it really depends. The game has a number of them and Wave 2 is going to add even more. I recommend playing with Providence solo and the game moves nicely!
Great job Adam...I would love to get my hands on games in your top 5 (they are sooo hard to get here in Canada or are Kickstarters)....though I am really enjoying Wildlands. :)
Great news is that Solomon Kane and Final Girl are coming back for reprints in Q1 2022. Roll Player Adventures is available from the publishers store. Chronicles of Drunagor late pledge is open. Bloodborne went to retail for a solid chunk of it. Wildlands is great! Thanks for watching and hope you have a great year. See you around! 😄
To follow up on Adam's comment, Chronicles of Drunagor's late pledge is still open for their 2nd edition stuff, but you can get all the core stuff in there as well. On Gamefound.
You got me interestes in Solomon Kane now. Is it worth ordering the base pledge from their website, or will I lose out on a lot of extra expansion content? I'd also like to know what you think of Middara? My top 5 solo games (some older than 2021, but most new to me) is: 1) Kingdom Death: Monster 2) Sleeping Gods 3) Aeon's End (waiting for Legacy of Gravehold) 4) Cthulhu: Death May Die 5) Obsession Thanks :)
Mythic Games plans a Q1 2022 reprint so I believe you'd be safe to grab what you want now and then more later if the game is a winner for you! Thanks for sharing your list too. All the best! ;D
My top 5 solo games that I played in 2021: 1) Bloodborne the Boardgame 2) Nemesis (carnomorph and void seekers for bonus replayability) 3) Descent Legends of the Dark 4) Warps Edge 5) Maquid 2nd Edition
I never thought Nemesis was a particularly good Solo/Coop game. I mean a big part of the appeal are hidden objectives with a possibility of someone being a traitor..
@@1AngelAlita i play solo with 3 characters and really enjoy it. (Also a good way to learn the game flow and mechanics). The randomness of rooms, spawns, etc and the expansion factions add a lot of variety that i like. You lose the betrayal aspect of it, but thats something i need to be in the mood for - especially when player elimination is so common.
I play very light solo games. My current top 10 solo not ordered. Search for planet X One Deck Dungeon Sprawlopolis Herbaceous Floriferous Warps Edge Cascadia Fleet the Dice Game Space Marine Adventures: Labynth of Necros Juicy Fruit Honorable Mentions Unearth - with solo expansion Fresh Water Fly Pandemic Hot Zone Atheneum Mystic Library- I made a solo module it is on BGG.
We all play many light games as well. I enjoy them. Recently played Astro Knights and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to showing it off on the channel soon!
I think some of the difference too on where/how the lists land up, is that Sleeping Gods has been more available so it's going to hit more lists for average versus Solomon Kane. There is definitely that element as well, I think.
Solomon Kane is amazing. We played it with 2 players with 2 virtues each. That seems to be the sweet spot. Very cooperative, very intelligent and somehow underrated as it seems. But the neccessity of errata is a real bummer. A lot of errors here and there.
Top 10 played this year for me (not all solo, sorry): 1) Project Elite 2) Destinies 3) Mechs vs Minions 4) Warp's Edge 5) Unmatched 6) Flick of Faith 7) Pinball 4-Cade 8) Raptor 9) Catacombs 3E 10) Century Golem Honorable mentions: Cube Quest, Flip Ships, Regicide, King of Tokyo Dark Edition, Dice Throne, Sprawlopolis, Food Chain Island, Raiders of the North Sea, Gloomhaven Jaws of the Lion, Smallworld, Mazescape
One thing that I don't really see mentioned enough about Final Girl is that you CANNOT just go buy the pictured box and play it (every review I've seen only ever shows one of the "feature film" boxes). As good as the game is, the fact is, it's another in a growing trend of "incomplete games" -- that is, games in which your initial investment is not a complete, playable game. It can feel like an aggravating bait and switch to customers when they find out they will need to shell out yet more money in order to play. At least Final Girl is up front on its boxes that neither the core set nor the feature film sets are complete games by themselves. Still, this seems like it should be mentioned in more reviews / top lists of the game - especially as the game is now finding its way onto retail shelves (at least in my area) where people not familiar with any of the initial campaign details will be unaware of the game mechanics.
Between this list and the previous one I still only have one of the games - Sleeping Gods. I'm hoping that the updated rules being shipped with the second wave for Etherfields later this year elevates the gameplay enough for it to make some of the lists at the end of the year.
I’m looking forward to the updated rules for Etherfields as well. I think people dismissed it far too quick based on some reviews from individuals that hate ameritrash style games. Put it into a negative light out of the gate. The community has really done a solid job giving feedback and helping with player aids etc.
I don’t play enough games to have a top 10 or 20 but here were my favorites: Roll Player Adventures Descent Legends of the Dark Uprising Curse of the Last Emperor Dice Throne Adventures Marvel Champions Coming in 2022 for me: Chronicles of Drunagor Nemesis Lockdown Isofarian Guard
That’s a-ok! If you have played less games you’ve likely played them more. Thanks for sharing your list! I enjoyed covering Uprising when it was on crowdfunding too. Canada hasn’t gotten ours yet so for me that game will be a 2022 entry as it’s landing too close to the end of the year. Those are some solid games coming to you in 2022! 😄👍🏼
@@RollingSolo I bought Gate to play on flights since it’s footprint is small enough for that tray on the seat in front of you. It’s pretty fun but could really use an expansion. I heard Deck Box Dungeon and Unbroken are both getting expansions as well.
Do you recommend skipping straight to Roll Player Adventure? Or do you think that would be significantly missing out? How tightly are they tied together?
I’d say yes. I think jumping into RPA is the right call. If you have been enjoying RP to date, well you can import your custom character. Beyond that, they’re not tied together.
Just to ask, how you ever tried Dune: Imperium? I heard that its solo mode is great, even if it isn't everyone's cup of tea. I wanted to ask about that, since it one of the games I enjoyed in 2020, and it's still on the top of my favorites list for 2021 thanks to its expansion coming out soon. Otherwise, great list. At least Descent got it at #7, since I watched that first scenario playthrough on your channel in full. I hope that if it gets a sequel, you'll also cover that in the future.
I think there will be two more big boxes for Descent for Act II and Act III. I bet they learned a lot after the first one and will likely make improvements to the game. It’s not leaving my collection!
great video!! totally agree with your number one. I think in the comunity its only 9th because is not and easy game to adquire and play. Its expensive, and Solomon is not as popular as Marvel heroes or Even his cousin Conan is.
Hey! Thanks for watching. I was really really impressed with the game. It’s one that won’t be leaving my collection. I agree with you that after only one crowdfunding campaign not everyone has had a chance to play it so that would certainly keep it lower on the community list. For me personally this is one I see rising up over time. Especially when a reprint comes which is coming sometime in Q1 of this year. 👏🏼
Would be great if they bring it back. A chunk of it went to retail. Not sure what part of the world you’re in, that could make it tougher depending. All the best and thanks for watching!
Zombicide is a great gateway game. Non gamers that have an open mind like it a lot. My wife will jump in when we play, that's all you need to know? lol
Zombicide is certainly a staple as a solid recommendation for newcomers to the hobby. For me, even with the insane amount of iterations it has..it still deserves a spot on my shelf because I have so many great memories them. 😄👍🏼
I love playing games multiplayer as well. Fav game for multiplayer is War of the Ring. Do it online, with friends and family. Solo is my primary way of enjoying games as it’s the easiest to make happen. The multiplayer happens when it can happen so it takes a back seat. 😄👍🏼
@@RollingSolo Haven't played much. So it would have to be Final Girl. Thanks for asking. I wish I got Townsfolk Tussle. I do need to play Spire's End thinking of solo..
Very surprised Merchant's Cove made it on to the list at all. It's just not... interesting. For anyone on the fence, imagine playing a partial turn of Potion Explosion followed by a partial turn of something like Excavation Earth... that's pretty much Merchant's Cove. Or, swap in any other good game that utilizes a central mechanic and then streamline/butcher that mechanic into a Merchant. Then, you get the privilege of playing that fraction of a better game for far too long in order to play a quarter of a decent medium-light market manipulation game. I played this game mostly solo, but I did play a few times with relatively new gamers and even they asked to change Merchants after their first play because they weren't interested in doing the same tedious strategy across another game. My experience may be particular to me, but I'd really caution solo players against picking up Merchants Cove, especially given its price tag. With all that said, I'd love to hear other people's experiences, particularly people who have played a given Merchant multiple times and enjoyed their experience.
Hey Michael! It's an above average game in complexity, so it sits firmly in the medium weight category. Might not be a fit for you which is a-ok! I'm much more curious on what games were your top games of the year. Cheers!
Gotta say I really dislike Solomon Kane being on all these lists since *it is impossible to fucking buy the game*. Really gotta take availability into account in these things, because a game nobody can play is worthless.
No reason to be upset. As stated in the video and on screen during the video, Mythic Games is coming back with a reprint of Solomon Kane in Q1 2022. Sounds like you didn't watch the video and instead just lashed out in anger. Hope all is well.
@@RollingSolo I will hope for a reprint (I already knew they had *plans* for a new printing, but all the evidence I saw pointed to it being only available as part of another kickstarter campaign), but not holding out a ton of hope. It took me a decade to eventually get a Mage Knight copy due to it disappearing from shelves and stock before I could get my hands on it.
Really, you guys liked RPA that much? I love the narrative part of it but the card play is just so imbalanced, basic and underdeveloped it was such a turn off to the overall experience.
@@RollingSolo Tainted grail! Despite a few flaws of it's own no game has hit on so many levels for me. It's an experience as much as a game, like playing skyrim for the first time
That’s a great one too! I’m assuming it’s new to you this year as it came out a bit back? I really enjoy it and it won’t be leaving my collection either.
All good! There’s a good mix of different styles of gameplay here and in the community list. Not all will land for everyone. What was your list? Cheers!
Hi and thx for this top 20, really interesting ! I might look if I find a copy of bloodborn or assassin’s creed as it seems really good Did you tried Etherfield?, I just received mine and tried 2 « dreams » (which are episodes) and this game surprised me a lot, the design is fantastic, the cards are beautiful and the story really transporting me in this oniric adventure
Thanks for watching! I have and it still remains in my collection. Some initial reviews from those that don’t like the style of game it is put a big negative vibe around it but the game is fun. AR and the community have been working to enhance it and the on-boarding of the game for Wave 2 which I’m excited about. 😄

I haven’t done an all-time list in a long time. That’s certainly something I’ll add to my future to do list. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing. Roll Player Adventures has been on a lot of Top Ten lists. Seeing on yours near the top just tipped the scale. Gotta get it!
It’s killer. I love the game and everything about the gameplay. It’s a winner!
Was SK your top game this year?
@@RollingSolo Nah it was close though, came in at number 4. Had Ankh as my number 1. If you're interested I got a top 10 of 2021 on my channel as well, not just solo though, even though I still play mostly solo. Keep up the great work brother 👍
Nice! I still haven’t cracked Ankh. I will check it out. 😄
Solomon Kane and Anachrony are my next two bigger games I am saving-up for.
Sankokushin is also in my crosshairs.
Great choices there! I approve. 👍🏼
What kind of tables are those in the background? My first time really noticing them and I'm interested!
Thanks for checking out the video. Those are Game Toppers. Cheers
That is a great list. So many games that I enjoy myself and even more to hopefully one day try. Looking forward to more Rolling Solo in 2022.
You and me both! Hope you have a great year Kenneth.
Thank you for this!! Happy new year :)
Same to you! Hope you have a great 2022!
This list looks great. I don't know why I fo it to myself kniwing that 80% of these games are not available to buy 😕. Would love to see a list of retail games you can own too! Keep up the good work though
Hey Richard! These were my 29 for the year. That would be a great idea for a future list. I’ll keep it in mind. Cheers! 😄
super list man... I miss some game (I had to set a budget for boardgame I was investing too much) but I will have a look in the future if I found them used one or with discount
Sounds like a solid plan my friend! What was your top game of the year?
@@RollingSolo
Top 10 for the game that i receive in 2021
10 - Dungeon Universalis (still need more plays... is massive can go down or up)
9 - Chronicles of Drungar
8 - Twisted Fables (not solo but is a lot of fun, I'm working on a solo mode)
7 - Infinity Defiance
6 - Aeon's End: Legacy of Gravehold (half of the way... cool)
5 - Sleeping Gods
4 - Destinies (big battle with Sleeping Gods...)
3 - Final Girl
2 - Solomon Kane
1 - Middara
There is no Roll Player Adventure because I'm still waiting my copy... unfortunately... but I'm quite sure that will be in the top 10
Thanks for sharing! It’s fun to see peoples lists. 😄
My Top 5 solo games I enjoyed in 2021 are (still quite new to this, so there are some games released pre 2021 here)
1) Marvel United
2) Bloodborne the Board Game
3) Set a Watch (Swords of the Coin)
4) Cthulhu Death May Die
5) Sprawlopolis
Great picks Gunnar! Thanks for becoming a Patron of the channel as well. See you around my friend :)
Solomon Kane is also the top of my list from this year. It is actually how I found the channel. Can't wait for some Wave 2 unboxing and playthrough videos! I bought my copy secondhand, so really hoping I'll be able to find the Wave 2 expansions and not have to wait on the reprint.
Luckly the reprint is happening in Q1 2022 so worst case isn't that far off! It's a great game and hope you enjoy it when you track it down.
@@RollingSolo I will. So far, I found BB but not AC. I’ll try a few shops before I give up on it, though.
AC is tough to find. I believe it will only be valuable through Triton Noir’s online shop when it comes back unless there are plans for a campaign in the future.
I was expecting the final girl to be your number one game. Pleasant to see Solomone Kane there
😉 I could see the Top 5 shifting around any given week depending on my interests but Solomon Kane was my standout this year easily. 🤩
Happy New Year to you and yours 👍
Same to you my friend!
I've been looking forward to this video, I think I'm eyeing up destinies as my next addition
Hello Rob! That’s a great one. I recommend playing it on Challenger Mode until you beat a scenario and then Explorer Mode to fill in all the rest of the story after. At least in terms of playing solo. But I’m you may want to enjoy the story without a time limit crunch, so the choice is yours. Cheers!
Great video thank you, I've been looking forward to this list! Can I ask where you got those lovely gaming tables behind you?
Hello JD! Thanks for watching. Those are Game Toppers and I’m a big fan of them. What was your top game this year? Cheers! 🔥
What was your top game of the year?
@@RollingSolo thanks for the the info I'll pick some up for myself. Top game has to be roll player adventures, I just love creating new characters and seeing how they perform. Thanks again for the list
Awesome game! They knocked that one out of the park. I want more!
What was your top game this year?
@@RollingSolo well, always a tough question. I also had great time playing SK for sure, but not solo. In real solo, I enjoyed the good old Mage Knight and Journey in Middle Earth.
Fair! Those are great games. I enjoy them too. Anything from 2021 in terms of release date?
@@RollingSolo not really. I had hoped to receive Tainted Grail but I was stupid enough to choose 1 wave (in French). I think Euthia, Bloodborne or Sleeping gods would please me.
My top 5 solo games I have played in 2021... :D
1) Lost Ruins of Arnak (Especially with the official online solo campaign)
2) Warps Edge
3) Imperium Classics/Legends
4) Sleeping Gods
5) Destinies
Very nice! Thanks for sharing your list Moxnzl. Hope to see you around the communities here. 😄
Good news is that it’s returning for a reprint in Q1 2022 in some fashion. So you’ll have another chance! 😄
Glad you found some games of interest on the list! 🔥
@@RollingSolo I heard SK is a long slog. You didn't really mention this. What are your thoughts on this? Is the game very long?
@@RollingSolo Thank you Adam and Skyler, I'll check out some of these locations (and patiently wait for upcoming Kickstarters). :)
Even better! I’ll edit my response to ensure that’s not missed.
You got me interestes in Solomon Kane now. Is it worth ordering the base pledge from their website, or will I lose out on a lot of extra expansion content?
I'd also like to know what you think of Middara?
My top 5 solo games (some older than 2021, but most new to me) is:
1) Kingdom Death: Monster
2) Sleeping Gods
3) Aeon's End (waiting for Legacy of Gravehold)
4) Cthulhu: Death May Die
5) Obsession
Thanks :)
Mythic Games plans a Q1 2022 reprint so I believe you'd be safe to grab what you want now and then more later if the game is a winner for you! Thanks for sharing your list too. All the best! ;D
Bloodborne is such a great game. I never go all in but made a exception for this one. I was very relieved that this one matched my hype.
Sure did! It was as much of a surprise to me in terms of gameplay and the fun factor as Cthulthu Death May Die was in 2019. Cheers!
My top 5 solo games that I played in 2021:
1) Bloodborne the Boardgame
2) Nemesis (carnomorph and void seekers for bonus replayability)
3) Descent Legends of the Dark
4) Warps Edge
5) Maquid 2nd Edition
Also, love the Game Toppers in the background. Just got mine this year and i love it.
Hey Nathan! Solid list and yes Game Toppers are super handy. Easy to put up and take down. Love not having a table that sucks up a room permanently.
It has great solo play in a couple ways. Plus campaigns with a comic book as you go. It’s very cool!
I play very light solo games. My current top 10 solo not ordered.
Search for planet X
One Deck Dungeon
Sprawlopolis
Herbaceous
Floriferous
Warps Edge
Cascadia
Fleet the Dice Game
Space Marine Adventures: Labynth of Necros
Juicy Fruit
Honorable Mentions
Unearth - with solo expansion
Fresh Water Fly
Pandemic Hot Zone
Atheneum Mystic Library- I made a solo module it is on BGG.
Love this! Thanks for sharing your list James. This will certainly help those looking for quality games. Cheers!
@@RollingSolo Thanks for allowing me to share it. I know it is lighter solo games than many in the community.
We all play many light games as well. I enjoy them. Recently played Astro Knights and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to showing it off on the channel soon!
@@RollingSolo I cannot wait. I have been interested in finding out more about Astral Knights
I think some of the difference too on where/how the lists land up, is that Sleeping Gods has been more available so it's going to hit more lists for average versus Solomon Kane. There is definitely that element as well, I think.
That’s certainly a factor! The good news is it will be coming back Q1 2022.
I have got to get Solomon Kane unboxed. Two lists in a row had this very high.
Hey Kevin! Yes you do. 😜
Hope you enjoy it too. I have a video series on the channel for it as well.
Roll Player Adventures beat out Sleeping Gods? Wow!
It did for me! It’s was easier to get to the table, less to manage and cut up into better chunks to tackle.
Solomon Kane is amazing. We played it with 2 players with 2 virtues each. That seems to be the sweet spot. Very cooperative, very intelligent and somehow underrated as it seems. But the neccessity of errata is a real bummer. A lot of errors here and there.
Hello! 100% agree. The game landed by far the best for me in 2021. I knew it was a front runner shortly after it landed. 🔥
Top 10 played this year for me (not all solo, sorry):
1) Project Elite
2) Destinies
3) Mechs vs Minions
4) Warp's Edge
5) Unmatched
6) Flick of Faith
7) Pinball 4-Cade
8) Raptor
9) Catacombs 3E
10) Century Golem
Honorable mentions:
Cube Quest, Flip Ships, Regicide, King of Tokyo Dark Edition, Dice Throne, Sprawlopolis, Food Chain Island, Raiders of the North Sea, Gloomhaven Jaws of the Lion, Smallworld, Mazescape
No apologies needed! Thanks so much for sharing your picks with us Ryan. This will help those looking for options!
Anyone know what board game table that is in the video?
Hey! Those are Game Toppers. Thanks for watching and hope to see you around the channel. 😄
Worth mentioning currently for sure. In the upcoming reprint I believe they aim to offer a another storage solution. Thanks for watching!
I still haven't received my copy of Assassin's Creed. When did that deliver?
Hey Joshua! What part of the world are you in? That may play a factor. Following up with Triton Noir would be the thing to do for sure!
I don’t play enough games to have a top 10 or 20 but here were my favorites:
Roll Player Adventures
Descent Legends of the Dark
Uprising Curse of the Last Emperor
Dice Throne Adventures
Marvel Champions
Coming in 2022 for me:
Chronicles of Drunagor
Nemesis Lockdown
Isofarian Guard
That’s a-ok! If you have played less games you’ve likely played them more. Thanks for sharing your list! I enjoyed covering Uprising when it was on crowdfunding too. Canada hasn’t gotten ours yet so for me that game will be a 2022 entry as it’s landing too close to the end of the year. Those are some solid games coming to you in 2022! 😄👍🏼
I left out two. I picked up Deck Box Dungeon and Unbroken as small footprint solos. I’m looking forward to trying those as well.
I like having some smaller footprint games as well. Those are good choices!
@@RollingSolo I bought Gate to play on flights since it’s footprint is small enough for that tray on the seat in front of you. It’s pretty fun but could really use an expansion.
I heard Deck Box Dungeon and Unbroken are both getting expansions as well.
Ooo one I haven’t heard of. I’ll look into that!
What kind of game table is that beside you?
Hey Donald! That is a Game Topper. Thanks for watching. 😄
New tiles would ne fun for Zombicide. A lot of user make very nice one
That’s true. There is a very large community adding extra content all the time.
As for Destinies, community scenario creator is coming, so there will some interesting fan made content available soon, hopefully.. :)
That’s awesome to know! I didn’t even know this somehow. Link to info? 😄
great video!! totally agree with your number one.
Euthia is my #1 but my list only contains one game lol
Hey! That’s not a bad thing. Now you can put all your attention into one game. 😄👌🏼
I regret not getting the Bloodborne Board Game when I had the chance. It is quite expensive to buy here now.
Yay glad to see veilwairth in this list. Just ordered it can't wait for it to arrive
A great one that’s easy to get to the table and challenging!
I hope I get my copy of Final Girl from CoolStuffInc before that Kickstarter ends.
Hopefully you do! There is another crowdfunding campaign coming this month for Final Girl as well. 😄
A stupid question but do you ever not play solo?
I love playing games multiplayer as well. Fav game for multiplayer is War of the Ring. Do it online, with friends and family. Solo is my primary way of enjoying games as it’s the easiest to make happen. The multiplayer happens when it can happen so it takes a back seat. 😄👍🏼
What was your top game of the year?
@@RollingSolo Haven't played much. So it would have to be Final Girl. Thanks for asking. I wish I got Townsfolk Tussle. I do need to play Spire's End thinking of solo..
@@RollingSolo Your family and friends wife/girlfriend not that much into games? I get you're a solo channel, but I was just interested.
*sees the price for most of these games and cries. It sucks being poor.*
Sorry to hear that my friend. Where are you located?
Nothing has been determined in terms of the ‘how’ yet but it could be a reprint on their store or in a crowdfunding campaign. We shall see!
Really, you guys liked RPA that much? I love the narrative part of it but the card play is just so imbalanced, basic and underdeveloped it was such a turn off to the overall experience.
Sure did! It might not land for you and that’s a-ok. I’m more interested to hear your top games. Cheers!
Literally
😉👍🏼
Too many dungeon crawlers; this list is definitely not for me. I appreciate the effort though.
All good! There’s a good mix of different styles of gameplay here and in the community list. Not all will land for everyone. What was your list? Cheers!
Hi and thx for this top 20, really interesting !
I might look if I find a copy of bloodborn or assassin’s creed as it seems really good
Did you tried Etherfield?, I just received mine and tried 2 « dreams » (which are episodes) and this game surprised me a lot, the design is fantastic, the cards are beautiful and the story really transporting me in this oniric adventure
Thanks for watching! I have and it still remains in my collection. Some initial reviews from those that don’t like the style of game it is put a big negative vibe around it but the game is fun. AR and the community have been working to enhance it and the on-boarding of the game for Wave 2 which I’m excited about. 😄
