Is because you allowed Tiktok to use Google location. Go to your phone settings, scroll down and look for location, turn it off. Or you can turn it off for your Tiktok app allow,. And don't also give access to Tiktok to turn on your contacts or Facebook for your friends to see you. Once you turn it on, they will no you are in Nigeria because most of your contacts maybe Nigeria numbers.
