- During our trip to the Philippines, we explored the amazingly stunning Island of Palawan. In Palawan, we landed in Puerto Princesa and we were shocked by seeing how beautiful this place is there is so much to explore in Puerto Princesa. One of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, the Puerto Princesa Underground River is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must-visit attraction. It is one of the longest navigable underground rivers in the world, showcasing stunning limestone formations and diverse ecosystems.
We spent 2 days in Puerto Princesa, explored Honda Bay, and Bay Walk, and went on a city tour. Puerto Princesa is such a beautiful place, so if you are planning a trip to the Philippines and are confused about which island to choose, choose Palawan Island without any second thought. It has a lot to offer, right from its crystal clear blue water to some amazing white sand beaches. We also visited the butterfly garden and got an opportunity to see the tribal life of the Philippines.
