- After the year off I return with a fantastic Dance Track taken from the B. Side of the Vinyl LP "Bernadette" "Dance My Life Away" is written by Jim Taylor of J.T. Connection. Jim played both Acoustic and Electric Pianos on the Track as well as producing the L.P. for Butterfly Records in 1979.
Dennis Tufano of "The Buckinghams" fame sings Lead on the LP. You probably remember Dennis from his Mega Hits of the late '60s. The Buckinghams, had many hits, including the chart-topping "Kind of a Drag" in 1967, as well as "Don't You Care" "Hey Baby (They're Playing Our Song)," "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy," and "Susan"
Much thanks to Jim Taylor for suggesting I should do a video for "Dance My Life Away". I've had the LP in my library since it was new only playing the A-side title track "Bernadette/ Reach Out I'll Be There. I had never listened to the B.Side of the LP. If I had I would have certainly played it in the Clubs back in '79. It is a great track and just what I need for some inspiration to get back into the swing of things after a tough 11 months on the personal side of life that took me away from creating music videos.

Thanks 😄 I don't mind lyric video production as long as I can access the lyrics online or from the actual artist. Having to decipher the lyrics from the recording myself can be dangerous.
