I have been watching and rewatching this video since 2018.
The clips edit, the choice of music... my god.
This is my ONLY favourite video of RUclips.
I've been watching Base jump videos on RUclips for a while now. This one is by far the best I've seen. Crisp edit with a decent backing track. I found it last night; watched it, and then have just watched it again now. The jump sites look incredible. I can't wait to be able to do this myself - one day.

@@JohnUsp - I have not. I'm 47 jumps into my skydiving A license though, working towards B Licence. It's still high on my radar, having met a few people who have done it themselves. Just building my jump numbers and time in the sky. Love it.

Don’t do it. It does indeed look fun but it always ends up ending badly eventually. If you don’t have any family though then do what makes you happy.

This is the best video ever
Locations would be scouted fir us and measured. This would help us determine zones for which we could pull.
I had a counter and would always use that then go on area once i knew it.
In the jungle, if you pulled it righ away, you would fly up and they would try to cut you or your shoot on the ledge around it or from the zipline, or you would fly into a tree and get stuck.
You basically wanted to get past the tree tops and pull..
Sometimes you wanted to avoid cliff walls protruding and had to pull to clear as we didnt have suits.
We went out of planes in dubai.
Wow. These locations are so amazing, I hope to do something like this one day. Great song choice too, compliments the video beautifully.

@@trader103 Really? How was that? What was the learning curve like? Because I honestly am a lot more interested in BASE than skydiving and would like to get into it as quickly as possible. 200 skydives seems like a long time to wait to start BASE jumping but idk.
@@collapserelapse If you don't have a license yet, I recommend that you do the training first. I now have almost 70 jumps and in summer you can easily do 30 jumps on a weekend, provided that money, time and the weather play along. However, I will first track and fly wingsuit out of the plane and then slowly and carefully venture to base.
@@trader103 Yeah, I'm obviously gonna get my license first. Currently working on it, only have 2 AFF jumps so far (and have been in the tunnel a couple of times) but planning to get going as soon as the season starts up in april if the weather permits. But I'm a lot more excited about BASE than I am about skydiving. Idk if that's normal haha. Eventually I'd love to get into wingsuiting but that is a loooooooong way off. Not sure if I'll ever get there. It's a bit scary.
