It is good and I am AMAZED at how much of a "ONE AND DONE" this band was. EVERYTHING ELSE they did was terrible. Haha Go listen to "Razzmatazz" or fkn razzamanazz or whatever the fk it was. They had "my white bicycle" which may be the worst song I've ever heard. I think it was a lot of studio/record execs/and general dipshits misleading them.

I remember having to use a match book in my 8 track to make this song play right. :)
I agree that Nazareth didn't get the acclaim they so rightfully deserved. Most that know of Nazareth only recognize Love Hurts as it got the most radio airplay. Amazing when songs like this remain unheard.
Thanx for sharing and hopefully it'll be heard by those that appreciate good music.

I turn 60 in a few days, I had to look this one up, haven't heard it in a long time. I had the 8-track, got it from a record club for 1 penny. (I only had to buy 6 more albums at regular club prices).

@@beckydavis4958 Those record clubs were actually a good deal. I was in RCA and Columbia House both. You would get like 9 or 11 albums for a penny or a dollar, then have to buy 3 or maybe 6 maybe 9, I don't remember exactly. I worked it out though, in one club it was like $3.95 per album, that was cheap even back then. I still have many of them, (8-tracks unfortunately).

@@beckydavis4958 I did my club obligations also, in one club, even after I finished, I stayed in and bought like 5 more, I think after I finished, if I bought 2, I got one free. The only pain in the ass was they sent me a card every month for an "automatic" one. If I didn't send that card back, I got one (that I usually didn't want) automatically. I could send the automatic one back and not pay for it, but it was a pain in the ass.

well the 67 mustang was my dad's - I just got to drive it while in h.s. When I graduated and got a job I bought a black/gold '76 mustang cobra. In those days, black cars were not as prominent as they are today. That car was fast - I was so proud of that car I think I washed it everyday!

Saw Nazareth perform at the Rainbow Theatre in Finsbury Park, London, Dec. 4, 1977 for two pound fifty which was about five dollars at the time. Went with a good bud who was a big fan of theirs. We were on liberty from our jobs at The Naval Station Hospital at Keflavik, Iceland. Just prior to coming on stage one of the hands carried on a case of Jack Daniels Black, cut the top off the cardboard box and set it down in front of the drummer's kit. When the band came out they each grabbed a bottle stood at the front of the stage cracked the seals took a big slug then hurled the open bottles into the crowd then proceeded to kick ass! Here's to you Dave Hoffman, where ever you are!
