Proud of that win and performance from the boys. Every time the Broncos had a try scoring opportunity we dug in and defended beautifully. A way better performance then last week and lots we can take from this
still wont make the top 8 either will the broncos though

Johnson might not have the athletic ability he used to but the difference in game managing and playmaking between him and the terrible halves who are barely nrl level we've had for years is incredible

It's great to see the combinations coming together. Shaun Johnsons surprise return gave Reece and Chanel time to flow with the backline. The forwards are being lead well by Fonua Blake and defense was much better all round. Lots to like about this win. Job well done fellas!

Johnson's kicking game was on point. He's what they needed all along someone to control the game and make the big plays. I think when Walters held arthars down he was doing what Cameron Munster did, Munster got away with it but the broncos get the sack

I like how the early highlights were ref blunders against the Warriors for a blatant knock on and not tackle call. Again the officials have a completely unpredictable spray of calls.
Warriors had a few go there way like the flegler send me off
@@powerdog6048 flegler already got put on report 2 times then done a cannonball, he was asking to be sent off
@@user-ko5tn6qt1m cannonball is meant to be below the hip flegler hit him around the waist, was a pretty ordinary call/send off
@@powerdog6048 flegler was for repeat infringements not just one instance, he also cannon balled BMM later which will be the one he has to worry about.

If Flegler was the only bloke to join the tackle there wouldn't be an issue, the other bloke shoves the warriors player which makes Fleglers actions look worse than it was.

Maybe ya should get paid more to ref a Adam Reynolds game ,Adam sure gives refs a grilling for many calls against the Broncos; and I thought Tevaga was doing a legitimate legs tackle of a player going forward.
Is there anywhere to watch slightly longer highlights to get a bit more of a feel for the match??
15-20 minute highlights would be a good option..
They post the whole match usually the next day or day after.

Kosi is looking good, to be honest i think we need more size in the outside backs, especially to get the sets rolling, still can't believe they let Maumalo ane Fusitua go, best winger pairing in the comp
They wanted to leave unfortunately, at their peak they were massive, especially when Fus had SJ and Hiku on his inside
Are you crazy? Fusitua had fallen off massively and Maumalo was very poor most of the time outside of metre gains

The warriors, they can only beat the broncos as for beating any other team in the nrl that will come by pure luck I'd be shocked if they made this year's finals and win it, but that would take a miracle.

Payne deserves close to that at least, there isn’t any other prop in the game who can play 70 mins at the level he does. He consistently racks up 40+ tackles and 150+ metres. Again, something no other prop in the game does.

My takes as a broncos fan:
Tesi niu is horrible he seems to only try and only care about the offence and is just cruising and jogging around for defence
Flegler needs to be offloaded I don’t care where just get him out the club and free up some money in the cap
Staggs had a lot of mistakes and needs to find ways to get himself involved in the game more because on his day he is dangerous
The ref was absolutely horrible however saying that the score line flattered us and that was probably the worst performance since the 2020 days
We’re also gonna struggle to find some forwards with capewell, Riki, Carrigan all injured and Flegler probably about to be suspended for about 7 weeks.
Lot to work on for kevvie and the boys please don’t make it like the last two years

Because Billy waiters has been performing well in the games he’s played and Ezra mam keeps on playing great week in week out In reserve grade and also looked impressive in the trials. Because of that I’d say that gamble is at the bottom of the pack.

A game where he laid on the first try on a platter, kick with accuracy to the corners to build pressure, organised the team to get in position, had good chemistry with CHT and Walsh 😎😎😎 he wasnt perfect but made a solid contribution and we can build towards the cowboys to make it 3 in a row to set us up for a blockbuster against the roosters to see where we are really at 😎😎😎

Cobbo is that overrated it’s not funny . Oates did a lot more then staggs did who has to be one of the worst defensive centres in the game . Brenko was average playing until he got into the storm system so I’d say he will be very average in the broncos colours

Warriors get the 2 points vs tigers then dominate Payne has and Co to set up a a very winiable game vs the cowboys to make it 3 in a row and enter the top 4... Loving the saltyness from the haters...saying we stil wont make the 8 like they're Bennett/Bellamy....mate week by week for any team... Save the assessments for round 6 n 7 vs roosters and storm then if warriors are victorious what will you have to say then???

Not in the “great” games to watch, but any Warriors win ill take.
The Broncos were poor, and as a club that has always set the standards for decades its a shame.
Warriors will really need to up their 5th tackle option, Johnson doesnt attack the line, just puts up bombs, very 1 dimensional.
Walsh is electric, and i really hope he doesnt go to the Dolphins, but he will get great $$ if he does.
2/4 is ok, but the tough teams are still ahead.
