Logging in and logging out now replaces location of irregular markers,impact sites,active energy sourches,distress signals whatever you discovered. Make sure loot eveything. Use E-Breach on containers and board your ship. Then lock your target Fly away about 30 KM further and get back. No hostile troops or npcs will be here just reneval containers loots and previously emergency mag lock foils will be there. One More Tip: İf you dont want to fight hostile NPCs , just simply crush them with your ship. Not SRV. they dont react hostile.
cannot find any threat level irregular markers. they are all no threat. edit: I found one lvl 3 after scanning about 30 planets. EDIT: Cannot disembark due to unsafe temperatures. to hell with this crap!

the impossible part of this, is finding irregular markers with threat levels in the first place
Tried this and was absolutely swarmed by grunts with plasma rifles.
