Is Dyskinesia in Parkinson's Inevitable?

  • Carbidopa/Levodopa is the gold standard for treating Parkinson's disease. But, it is thought to cause dyskinesia (uncontrollable writhing movements) after long-term use. Is dyskinesia just an inevitable side effect of taking Sinemet?
