Trying my best to use those tricks and tips. Still get stuck on things i plan a lot in my mind but times goes by so quick and i end up feeling like i did not do anything and wasted my day
I’m so glad you’re loving them! That’s such an amazing book. And I totally get it, I have those days too! You just really have to take it one step at a time, even if it’s only doing 1 habit that makes you feel good!
