Hello madam, I am trying to get transfer function of a bldc motor by using speed torque curve. I've managed to find everything in this video except Js^2 +Ds. I look at my notes from lectures but in those examples J and D values are given. How can I solve this issue? I would be appreciated if you reply. I wish you healthy days.
These are your motor inertia and motor damping. You're going to need to be given some extra information to work these out if they aren't given directly. You might be able to do it by simulating say a step input and then fitting to the response (and where it fits you can then extract out the most appropriate constants).

You need to be given information about the motor - either the parameters directly or curves that you can calculate the parameters off.
