Because verifiers have the psychological barrier of being the very first to beat the levels legit
Victors by comparison know the level is beatable

Demishio spent only 258k attempts playing and trying to beat Kyouki, the other 250k+ went in playtesting the level

It should be noted that Zoink has mentioned he frequently loses attempts due to game crashes. Also worth noting that it is incredibly easy to be dishonest with attempts, so take everything with a grain of salt.

The current highest completion percentage on Grief is 41%, so there's still a long way to go. Doggie is the set verifier, and he's a top player, so I expect him to finish it soon. I wonder how many attempts it will take him. If he can beat it, then it will probably be a top 1 demon. I can't wait to see how this plays out.
i saw someone on yt with like 900k on firework, i think they have like 10-100 (correction, he has 827k+ 16-96, according to his newest firework video, which was 1 month ago, he also made a post saying he has been playing firework alot recently, which was posted 6 hours ago, and he has 57% in normal mode, his name on youtube is nifty, go support him if you see this comment)

Hopefully he gets it soon. Firework is probably underrated on the list, and probably deserves the spot right behind slaughterhouse. It’s a huge accomplishment and would mean he has the most attempts on a top 10 completion.
