    I wonder if Pinays are taught to BUTCHER chickens or any poultry. I became a nurse , married , lived in Metro Manila, had a couple of maids from our barrio who had no skills in the kitchen. Can't cook rice, can't fry fish, cannot do laundry, nor iron clothes. NOR BUTCHER CHICKEN AND CLEAN IT. My 2 very expensive native chicken totally wasted. Using my large pot, they boiled water, tortured the live chicken in it and boiled it away . When I came home , they proudly presented the chickens falling apart, feathers , flesh and all for SEVERAL HOURS, unrecognizable, unedible. I took it off their salaries and sent them back promptly because they lied, their mother lied , my mother lied about them. I found out my friends in Manila , my classmates in college , my nurses co- workers don't know either. They sent their maids to me for coaching.
    So as a content, will you show HOW TO BUTCHER CHICKEN but minus the gory details like the beheading ? How to dress it - MEANING HOW TO REMOVE THE FEATHERS , not to put a dress on the chicken. LMAO. I use an axe to cut off the head, fast and quick, sometimes I let it escape and fly headless.😮😂

      Thank you for all your comments. As far as I know ,there are Pinays who knows how to butcher a chicken especially those who enjoys in the kitchen. Maybe those maid you had before are a first timer. I'm not that expert how to dress a chicken as I don't have a training on that. Its only based on my experience but I'll be showing you in my upcoming videos. Btw. I love reading all your comments. ❤❤❤

      Sounds like "dinakdakan" to me because they tortured the chicken first before cleaning it up to cook. LOL

      @biagtiaway8140  Год назад

      Lol. They have to use a sharp knife so it won't broke into peices or else it will really turn into dinakdakan.

      @biagtiaway8140 ilocano & ilonggo cooking pareho mahilig sa vegetables. Yung pinagkaiba lang ay yung pag gamit ng condiments. Usually nakikita ko sa Ilocano cooking ay mahilig gumamit ng patis at bagoong while sa ilonggo cooking naman ay may specific usage lang yung mga condiments para hindi mag complicate yung flavors ng ingredients. 😊 Happy cooking kabayan.. Always watching your vlog... 😀

    that different parts of the Philippines cooks the same recipe but different ingredients.Well..as long as it taste good! LOL

    • @biagtiaway8140

      Yupp. It has a different taste when you put ampalaya leaves. It taste fresh and organic. Sometimes we also use malunggay and papaya.
