Kick it is such a banger, so I was happily surprised they performed it. Jisoo is very stable in her singing, so stable you may have not realized she was singing most of the time. The backtrack was definitely loud. Shading her was so undeserved. Blackpink was amazing! Loved every single adjustment they made to spice up their performance. Pretty Savage and Typa Girl definitely were the highlights, but I particularly enjoyed Tally. The chill and sweet introduction of their band transitioning into their laid back but emotional performance really stole my heart. I loved Rosé and Jennie’s interactions with the crowd. They really know how to make a show. And Lisa never fails to hype up the performance😊❤

To be honest for me jenlisa has a very good stage presences but it's a shame they depend a lot on the back track and occasionally shouting (especially lisa) i don't even really hear lisa's live vocals when she is singing or rapping, the only i hear just screaming, for jennie she does more live than lisa even though sometimes her vocal is swallowed by the backsound for jisoo she has pretty good and stable vocals, even though there's not much variation for her vocals but she sings live well but because she doesn't really have good stage presences like other so i feel same like you that her performance especially her solo stage seems boring And for rosé lets be honest her vocals are amazingly stable and it's so good she sings from start to finish live She has good stage presences too and she really raised the quality of blackpink's performance The one i regret from her its just why she is not sing HTL
Did they change the concert director or something.?. the way the whole show was directed was what I had always been dreaming about because I used to be delusional and never thought that one day they will do such amazing interactions with the audience and spontaneous moves/adlibs. I used to dream and thought of the scenario in my head and They made it into a reality at Coachella 2023. I also used to imagine them doing dramatic dance moves and crazy big props with remix versions of their music and they also did it with Typa Girls and all the big-ass feathered wings. omg, I can die peacefully now.

i can understand why their backtrack was louder than it was in 2019. their set is longer, and they’re doing more. you can tell when they’re singing during parts that don’t require too much movement and they’re committing. as for rosé’s solo, there in fact was an overhead camera for that part but it malfunctioned.
Yessss I agree. I think it was balance of dancing and singing. They don't have to sing some parts to dance and they don't have to dance for them to sing some parts. Some artists was singing and just vibing but they have to do both and full on choreography. I can feel them getting tired hahaha
i feel it has more to do with the mics than anything else tho. You see a massive difference in the sound quality once they switched from those "free-hands" mics(idk the technical name for them) to the normal ones. Even the members themselves, you see them a lot of times having to adjust the mics and the sound of their voice coming and going, which didnt happen when they switched mics, which is when we started to hear their live voices even better. And this is something i noticed with quite a few idols.

Did they change the concert director or something.?. the way the whole show was directed was what I had always been dreaming about because I used to be delusional and never thought that one day they will do such amazing interactions with the audience and spontaneous moves/adlibs. I used to dream and thought of the scenario in my head and They made it into a reality at Coachella 2023. I also used to imagine them doing dramatic dance moves and crazy big props with remix versions of their music and they also did it with Typa Girls and all the big-ass feathered wings. omg, I can die peacefully now.

I loved their Coachella performance. Despite the shit they've been getting for the last year, I really loved it. There is so much more pressure people put on Kpop idols they'd never put on other artists. I like seeing them so relaxed and actually having fun. Especially after singing the same damn song over and over. It has to be tiring and burned out at this point.

i can understand why their backtrack was louder than it was in 2019. their set is longer, and they’re doing more. you can tell when they’re singing during parts that don’t require too much movement and they’re committing.
as for rosé’s solo, there in fact was an overhead camera for that part but it malfunctioned.
Yessss I agree. I think it was balance of dancing and singing. They don't have to sing some parts to dance and they don't have to dance for them to sing some parts. Some artists was singing and just vibing but they have to do both and full on choreography. I can feel them getting tired hahaha
i feel it has more to do with the mics than anything else tho.
You see a massive difference in the sound quality once they switched from those "free-hands" mics(idk the technical name for them) to the normal ones. Even the members themselves, you see them a lot of times having to adjust the mics and the sound of their voice coming and going, which didnt happen when they switched mics, which is when we started to hear their live voices even better.
And this is something i noticed with quite a few idols.
